Avoid This Food Truck – Terrible Experience!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this food truck was so bad, I feel compelled to share it. First off, the food was downright disappointing, but what really took me aback was the utter lack of food safety and professionalism.
Poor Food Safety Practices: It was clear that the owner didn’t care about basic hygiene standards. The truck itself looked unkempt, and the staff didn’t wear gloves or follow any proper handling procedures. That’s a huge red flag when it comes to food preparation.
Rude and Aggressive Customer Service: The worst part of my experience was the owner’s attitude. I politely asked him not to spray water on the ground near our table because the wind was blowing the sand, making it unpleasant to sit there. Instead of being understanding, the owner demanded I leave the table right then and there. His tone was aggressive and completely disrespectful. It's unbelievable how a simple request for comfort turned into an argument. This is no way to treat customers.
Overpriced and Underwhelming Food: As for the food itself, it wasn’t anything special. The portion sizes were small for the price, and the flavors were bland. It definitely didn’t justify the cost.
There are so many better food options in the city, so don’t waste your time here. Whether you're looking for flavor, value, or simply a welcoming atmosphere, this food truck is not the place to go. Plenty of other trucks and restaurants nearby offer much better food and customer service.
I won’t be coming back here, and I highly suggest you...
Read moreOrdered samosa chat here and it was more of yogurt with no taste. Keeping that aside, the guy from the truck keeps yelling at people not to sit on their “Red” tables and not to throw trash in their bins if the food was ordered from other truck. This was so loud and annoying that he kept repeating it like a school teacher and we couldnt enjoy the time near his truck. So, we ended up going to other truck and sat far away then had some better vibe which we really came for.
This guy should calm down and focus on food rather than his tables. If your food tastes better then your tables will be filled with your customers.
###Update: If thats city rule, then print the rules on each table instead of yelling every single minute or build a wall lol.
###Update 2: Please read my review properly.. i said “not to throw trash in their bins if the food was ordered from other truck” …
Its upto you if you want to continue to yell at people who visited to have some pleasant time. Its the only worst thing i had during my visit. Thanks.
Also, whats up with the reviews that literally showed up at the same time? 😉
Why is my review hidden? Oh mine is the only legit...
