Although the ice cream is good and my kids like the shakes, it’s expensive for a small scoop of ice cream and the service is so slow. There doesn’t seem to be any system or method and the workers bounce around between customers. Milkshakes are painful - the blenders they use are home grade and take forever. The portions are too small for the price.
The workers are always nice and friendly, but not focused at all. They really need some leadership and training. They have two sinks, so why do they go in the back to clean the milkshake containers? Why are spoons and napkins not out on counter and readily available. Why is there no real line? They start to serve a family, then they ask the family behind what they want while the other family is in front of the ice cream cabinet, instead of just getting the first customers taken care of and out of there. They also need to add more seats and another trash can.
The atmosphere is odd. Feels like it was setup on a very tight budget. No chairs or tables outside which could drive traffic. Throw a couple TVs on the wall with some sports or a kids show playing. Or play some pandora for background music to break up the staleness.

Read moreI’ve been trying a lot of local ice cream spots and this one definitely was the winner! I love that they had some Indian-inspired flavors (which a lot of local spots are starting to offer), including, but not limited to, Gulab jamun (YUM) and Kulfi. Also, they offer puff waffles and Taiyaki, which adds some variety to normal cones. Got the chance to try both, and left smiling. Service here was great, and on a Saturday night I have no complaints. They have games spread out around the store to encourage folks to eat in an enjoy some family fun.
Excited to some back and try their...
