I don’t usually review places, but my experience here wasn’t the best. To start off, the service was very poor. The woman at the front was rude and impatient. It was my first time here, and when she had been taking my order, she had an attitude. The wait wasn’t that long, I think that was the best part about this place. Kung Fu Tea does not taste authentic at all. I always try to find good boba, and usually my go-to order is a Taro Milk Tea. Based on just the color of the drink, I already knew I wouldn’t enjoy it. Taro is typically known for having a lavender/purple color, and at Kung Fu, it was the kind of color you get when you mix everything together. The first sip as well, immediately tasted like sugar. My drink was not good at all, it was room temperature clearly not mixed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here if it’s your first time.

I personally don't like these types of drinks but my brother was in town so I came here 3 times in a week for him. Prices are high for me but average for the area. Ordered a Matcha drink first (brother approves). Then ordered the dragon movie themed slush and oreo drink (again, both delicious and great consistency). Then lastly ordered a dragon themed punch (small), TIP, PAY THE EXTRA 60 CENTS TO UPGRADE YOUR DRINK SIZE. It is 100% worth it becuase the small cups are teeny tiny. Also I did get cards for my 2nd dragon drink but did not receive cards for my first dragon drink, sucks - not a huge deal but when I told the guy he just said "oh". Cute interior store. Cool board games. No long wait as it's not busy. Recommend getting the app, if you make your first mobile app order that's over $12 you'll get a free small drink.

So this Kung fu tea is located in prosper and BOY DID I PROSPER!!! The tea was so delicious and the best part was the amazing service by all the staff members. I asked to customize my rose hip milk tea with lactaid (lactose free milk) since I’m lactose intolerant and the normal recipe calls for milk powder. They did a phenomenal job to make mine and said they would be happy to do it again. All the staff was super inviting and courteous and we definitely want to come back next time we’re in the area. Thanks guys!

My family and I are regulars at this establishment, visiting weekly and making good use of the frequent user app. The management are familiar faces to us, and we've always enjoyed prompt service, usually within 5-10 minutes, even during peak times. Our kids adore this place, and it's been a reliable spot for a quick, enjoyable visit.

However, on a recent Sunday visit, the experience was unusually off-pace. With only two staff members, presumably college or high school students who we'd never seen before, the service was noticeably slower. As we settled in for some games, it became quickly evident that other customers were also experiencing extreme delays, with a growing number of unattended cups on the counter. Despite the wait extending to nearly 45 minutes (for drinks!?), the staff on duty seemed to prioritize delivery orders, leaving dine-in customers waiting and waiting...

Despite this, I believe (and hope...) this incident isn't the norm for this establishment, known for its usual excellent and swift service. I'm sharing this feedback not as a critique but as constructive insight for the management to ensure continued great experiences in the future. I trust this was an isolated incident and look forward to our next visit.

Tip: I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and does what's necessary to ensure it doesn't happen for customers again. Please don't let this awesome place...

I’ve been here about 4 times and each time, service has always been an issue. Taste is great! I always get strawberry milk slush and passion fruit slush (both great). The first time I tried this location was around grand opening and wait time was an issue, but I get it and was patient. The next 3 times, wait time was still an issue. I choose to order ahead on the app to avoid wait times, but it is without fail, that my order comes after the time it’s supposed to be ready by. Typically, the app will say the order will be ready in 10 mins, but my order is always ready after the 10 min mark. Today, my order was supposed to be ready by 2:40, but I watched other orders who ordered after me receive their order first. 7 mins later, and watching one of the employees scoop out my drink to put back into the blender to blend it again, I’ve decided to see this as a sign to not return.

There are so many times you can apologize, but if wait time is a consistent issue,...

I gave this place so many many chances! The drink is very water down. It tastes like a water/water down lemonade. Every time I go there, I ordered 4 drinks or more. I've tried to message them to let them know the drink didn't taste right and the boss lady would respond to tell me come back but nothing changed. A couple of weeks ago when I was in the husband was there, when I ordered, I tell him “please don't make it Waterdown” he said “ok” and he accomplished! I just really hate to give them a bad reviews but the last the time I went was the drink was terrible and that's the last time! I tried this location probably 10 times already because I really want to like this location cause do close to my house but away disappointed. I gave up.

I’m very sure I know how it taste like because I always go to Kung fu tea for almost 4 years now in Preston Road and they always...
