Alright. Here’s the situation. Wife is organizing the heck out of the house. Looks amazing. She’s wonderful. Sent husband (me) on a quick trip to Homegoods to find more of the same storage bins she bought over the weekend. A tall task as it is. Husband (me) goes to store and finds the bins she wants. Heart rate is already elevated because I’m the only dude in there surrounded by people who know exactly what they are doing. Meanwhile I’m just trynna get in, get out, get home, and eat some chili. And make my wife happy, of course. Turns out the bins, after getting all 12 of them into the cart, were all marked different prices when I get to the counter. Heart rate has now escalated EVEN MORE cause what I thought was already going to be a silly amount of money for some plastic (sorry, male brain here), was looking like it was going to be twice as much. (Guess I’m skipping golf for a few weeks). BUT that’s not all. Camilla and Barlow - seeing the sweat roll down my face - came in to the save the day (and bank account). They were able to work their magic and make this scared husband a happier man by matching the proper price for all the bins and get me outta there, well in my way back to my happy wife. Read moreI purchased some $40 dog bowls here and needed to return them, and when I purchased the lady didn’t have a QR code so she typed it in. I couldn’t find my receipt, but had the tags for the bowls and everything ready to go. I didn’t think it would be a problem since TJ Maxx and Homegoods have looked my receipt up using my card number at other locations before. The girl at the counter was very sweet and said they didn’t have the large one in stock but could give me credit for it, then the manager, Shawn, came over and said they wouldn’t give me any credit for it because they didn’t have a scanner tag to use to look it up. I told her the girl typed it in, and I was just hoping for store credit, not even a refund. She said they wouldn’t do it, wouldn’t look up my card number, and that I’d have to try another store even though I already drove 45 minutes to get to this same store I bought it at. She wasn’t friendly or helpful. I will be sure to shop at a different home goods store...

Today Sunday may 12,2024 6pm I had exchanged instead of exchange my the manager issued me return I kindly asked her to exchange she said she can't. She charged me the new purchase I was going to exchange. I was upset and I still went go head to buy the lamp. I entered my password wrong on my debit card and its says declined. She said she can't process my transaction. She was very rude and she said I called the person b words. I am not te type of person to do orbsay that . She really make me sad.I will never go back to that store. She seems un happy to be there.... short lady with heavy weight. I know there is 2 mangers. I am making surebiam talking about the right person. The other lady manager is very nice. You need to let go this lady. Otherwise this store it will be close.
