The worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Me and this other woman waited on it brisket, they didn’t have any back ups so we had to wait for the brisket to be done which took like another five minutes back up should always be available. Then the lady was gonna have my bowl just sitting while I waited for the brisket and I told her I wanted a fresh bowl which she made without any complaints but the fact that she just put my bowl on the side was bothering. They also work way too fast in there. I’m just asking them. What’s this what’s that and they’re ready to just slam all the food in my bowl and I had to tell the lady to wait and slow down because she was so fast to put food that I didn’t want in my bowl, also very sloppy. Luckily, the cashier was very nice and she made it where it was decent to put in my bag, but we are human beings. Our food shouldn’t be thrown into a bowl. I’ve been to plenty of chipotle and this is the first chipotle that just threw my food all around like it was absolutely nothing like it wasjust trash. And also just not a welcoming customer service environment that’s another thing I’ve been hello how are you? Would you like anything? They were just quick to finish And by the way, no one was behind me so there’s no need to rush. I understand if it was like a huge line, but it wasn’t. It was just me. Read moreI've tried giving this location multiple tries. The first was an online order with pick up. Our household has allergies to certain foods. Each bowl was marked as we ordered but make incorrect and it looked like it was thrown together with whatever the staff felt like throwing in the bowls. Three bowls all made incorrect. We call to explain the error, and was told, just come back and we'll remake them. No apology, with an attitude. Second try, we walk in this time. The inside is full of customers waiting. They've already ordered and they did not look happy. Our turn to place our order the individual making the food just says what are you getting? Not at all happy to even be there. We ask for veggies, the individual just shakes there head and says nope. No chicken. And other options not available. We finally are able to piece together an order and wait to pay. Another employee is talking to a door dash worker and tells him, just tell the person to go online and get a refund, the employee shrugs there shoulders and walks away. Read moreI come here maybe a couple times a month to grab lunch on Thursday or friday but the past couple times I could not. The store says the hours are 1045am opening Monday through Thursday and 1200pm on Friday. I’ve been here on a Thursday at 11am and there is a sign on the window saying opening today at 12. Now I’ve wasted most of my lunch break because of this. Today my coworker and I went there for lunch right at 12. We get there and see people in normal clothes eating inside actually facing the window towards the parking lot. I get up to the door and try to open it but it’s locked. The people inside just stare at you. The sign on the window says temporarily closed. So once again I wasted my lunch break. What is going on here? It looked like a full staff was in there today eating at the tables. Why is it so hard to get a meal here? Is this a management issue? Is this an employee issue?
