Dunkin' — Restaurant in Providence

This store intentionally served me contaminated food in order to try to infect me with Covid.

I had just tested positive for Covid-19 and was on my way to the doctor. I ordered curbside pickup from this dunkin, through the app, and called when I arrived, like the sign says to do. I let them know I was worried about transmitting Covid, and that they could just bring out the food and set it on the sidewalk in front of my car.

The young lady who brought the food out walked right up to my car, waving my food around in the air (2 sandwiches in a bag, plus a coffee) and yelling at me through my car window that “you can’t avoid Covid and now you’re going to get Covid because all of us just breathed all over your food.” She refused to put it down, and spent a minute ranting in the parking lot.

I cracked my window (wearing an N95 mask) and told her I wasn’t trying to AVOID Covid. I already HAVE Covid and am trying to avoid infecting her. She looked confused for a moment and then said “oh, so you want me to just set your food down so you can get it?”

Yes, exactly like I said when I called to say I was there… I couldn’t eat that infected food and am contacting public health officials. That behavior, which she admitted, threatening me with infection with a possibly deadly disease is beyond the pale. And to think that several employees participated in her “revenge” on me, which she also gleefully told me before she understood the situation… I will never go to that Dunkin’ or any...

Yo I am such a nice person to all retail employees cuz I know it's a stressful job and I never leave complaints but something has to be done about the lady running cashier at this time on Monday with glasses. I told her I bought two coffees then asked for a donut which was about to get taken into the back to get refreshed with more so I was like ok i also want that same kind but with the vanilla. She looks at me and goes. " I KNOW he will be right back with more i heard you" then I was like "no your not getting it I want the one with sprinkles and chocolate that he took in the back and the vanilla with sprinkles". She then went on to yell about how I cant tell at her and she knows what she's doing this and that, which I was hardly raising my voice to begin with and said I understand your busy but that doesn't mean you get to treat people like that. So I finally get my donuts and she gave me the two wrong donuts which at that point had to be on purpose or she should be under 24 hour psychiatric care. This is the first time I've ever had to leave a complaint anywhere but that lady needs to be fired. She's making it very apparent that she hates her life cuz she's stuck flinging coffees and donuts at like 45, and she can't even get that right. If you go to this dunkin and a lady with long hair and glasses tries taking your order tell her you want som eone else of be prepared for some of the most ridiculous idiocrocy you've ever seen come out of a dunkin...

I'm really not thrilled with this location because of their cleanliness. My son (5) came out of the restroom and was horrified by how dirty the sink and toilet were along with a foul odor. Trying to teach him to voice his opinions so he went to the employee to give the feedback in a very polite manner and a woman in a purple shirt asked me if I'm with corporate. Maybe I should work for corporate and get her fired for not caring about her facility... A 5 year old shouldn't comment on the cleanliness of a restroom... Do the employees not care? Do they even wash their hands in there?? Totally gross.. can't imagine what their...
