I’ve been a regular customer here for years since I work nearby, and I usually order matcha almost every day. The staff are always friendly, but I think the quality of the drinks could be more consistent. It’s rare that I receive my drink exactly as requested, especially when I order for adjustments to sweetness or the strength of the matcha. Many times, my requests seem overlooked, and the drinks have varied a lot, sometimes bland, sometimes okay, and occasionally not even filled properly. It’s disappointing, especially for the price I pay, though I’ve never complained in person since I don’t want to be late for work. I really hope the baristas can pay more attention to preparing drinks...
Read moreOn a break from work, went to get a small iced coffee. Was watching people who came in after me, get their drinks before I got mine. It was only a small iced, w/ sugar & cream. Around 10 minutes later, the guy making the coffees asked if I was all set, or if I needed something. I had already paid, and was just waiting for my coffee. Turns out, the cashier said she had forgotten to tell him my order. Normally, I couldn't care less about this, Life happens.
