Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Proviso Township

This will be the 5th time I had a problem at this location and I’m not one to write emails or talk to anyone regarding a franchise. Around 6:20pm 01/22/2021 I pulled into the drive through in hopes of getting ice cream...not only did I not get ice cream but I waited in the drive through for 10min without any response from a crew member. So I pulled up to the window and not one worker was in site so I pull to the front and still see no workers. So my last attempt was to call and a worker picked up the phone and was very unprofessional, I asked if their location was opened and was told the drive-through was but not the inside which I already knew. So I pull back into the drive-through and had to wait an additional five minutes. To then find out that they closed the ice cream section...now I don’t no if that is something new but I’ve been getting ice cream for years we’ll beyond 6pm. The staff is rude, they are never at their stations, for what ever reason you can never get soft serve at this location, and always claim they don’t have what they are promoting/advertising on their windows . Do not order from this place I tried to place an order for a cake, and was met with such an unprofessional behavior and attitude, I was trying to call (who they told me for two days, the cake decorator.) I called, yesterday, they told me she would be here between 4am-12 I waited all day again today, and I woke up early to call. I call now 4/5 times within 20 mins of each other This lady answers, I tell her who I’m asking for, she screams to the cake decorator in the back, and she screams very ignorantly “I’m working on _, have her call back after 12” but ironically her coworker told me yesterday that she leaves at 12. Couldn’t even have the audacity to put me on hold while she had her attitude about me calling Sooooo messed up, I was extremely excited about ordering a specialty cake, some people just don’t care about quality service. visited here earlier tonight...and remembered why i stopped coming here in the first place. tried to call to order a cake--kept getting busy signal. drove over to see what cakes they had (as nobody would answer phone) and they had 1 cake in freezer...$50 for the one cake (8-10 people serving size). i asked the young lady at the counter if they had any alternatives? namely smaller..she told me i need to call to order a cake in advance. well that could be a problem if u dont answer...
