Highly Disappointed in the service I received. I went on Friday requesting 50 buttons to be made for a funeral that Monday at 2pm. They originally stated that the buttons could be made and would be ready by Monday 11am. I received a call the morning of the funeral (Monday ) asking what time the funeral was and stating he would get started, essentially implying that he was just starting on the buttons and he would call when they were ready. At appx 1230pm I still hadn’t received a call so I reached out via text and he called back stating that he was only able to complete 21 of the buttons because he machine went out, he then went on to state a new machine would be coming the following day and he could finish the rest then( what purpose would that serve me for a funeral that was today). I stated I would rather have my money back but was charged for the buttons made with no additional discount ( I paid upfront and was given back a portion of the money for the uncompleted buttons) and not to mention the buttons were Poorly made, some of the plastics portion was lifting. If you are unable to complete a job within the specified time frame you should not...
Read moreI was HIGHLY disappointed in my experience with The PrintLabb. The initial interaction was promising. However, it went downhill from there. I ordered two cutouts and was told to send the pictures in an email. Skipp told me the pictures were great. He never really gave me a date of when they would be ready, only saying next week. Next week came and I had to contact them. Then it was “next week” again and “I’ll send you an email when they are ready” . No email ever came. I had to call again. When I picked them up, they were stuck together facing towards each other. They were wrapped tight with Saran Wrap. Of course I wanted to see them before I left. I was told if I unwrapped them, they would not wrap them back. The cutout themselves were stretched pictures. Not at all like the ones you see on their website. If the pictures weren’t good enough, Skipp should have told me. Then I asked for a receipt and was refused. I was told to use my credit card statement as proof. I will NEVER order anything from the PrintLabb. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from doing the same. An awful experience. I wish I would’ve went to a more professional place. Not worth...
Read moreThis experience was a little unprofessional first we enter ready to support a black business and they weren’t very welcoming. Then he gives us a minimum to how many cards we can have made 1,000 cards for $75 when I only needed about 250. I bite the bullet and still support and bought punch cards too $150! It took 4 weeks to get the cards because the samples they sent me where wrong color, wasn’t right texture, etc. The guy( that is not named skip, he was nice) tells my business partner “business cards don’t sell your business, you sell your business so they don’t have to be fancy” then I ask for my website to be all in lower case he tells me that I have to wait for his graphic designer to come back from vacation just to change the capitalized “W” I will not be coming back! My business cards are purple instead of royal blue and it was just a long process. We have to get better with our service if we want to grow as black businesses and connect and support but after this I will have to find...
