Brown's Chicken & Slots — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I love fried chicken, and I have eaten it in many places. But I have never had my Jaw exercised like that. It felt like the Green beans I order were made from plastic, and the chicken was so hard I felt like I was eating a leather shoe. The service was basic, but too bad it was over shadowed by the lack of understanding of how to fry chicken. It seems they may have left it to fryer too long. So I threw it out and ordered the Italian beef. Come on guys, are you cooking old food? The beef which was dipped (mind you) was as rough as the chicken. I can't believe I didn't ask for my money back. I'm just hoping I can digest this by tomorrow. I also ordered the hot dog, the poor dears put a frozen pickle and tomatoes on my "hot" dog. I only eat browns chicken when I have a taste for it but there was one particular time I order a breast an wing the wing was fresh an Good but wen I got to the breast OMG😱 it looked like it had been sitting under the light for days it was soooooo hard u can break a window with it I called the lady an told her she ask can I bring it back an I told her no cuz I threw it away she told me that the next time I come they'll take care of me wen I did go into there the I guess so call manager said well I don't know nothing about that soooo I don't go there no more...I call the CORPORATE office and nothing was done about it soooo maybe they don't care if they loses customers or not so🤷🏽‍♀️✌🏽 OUT THAT'S WHY THEY GETS A one star!...

Ordered 12 pieces...didn't have it, told would be 20 minutes...30 minutes later was just getting my food...told them not having chicken ready for that long in a chicken fadt food restaurant was silly. Asked for xtra 2 pieces ascompensation for my time. Server/cashier had to get manager to do anything for me. He initially tried to blame issues on only 2 workers. I informed him they only had appx 8 orders in the half hour, including drive thru. Shouldn't take that long, need to do 20 minutes if that's what was said and should have offered me compensation not have me ask for it Unfortunately it also was bland tasting on...
