Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Proviso Township

If i could give a zero star to this location, that is exactly what I would give them. Went to this location to take the grandchildren to a fun place. The place was empty no much people. All the tables were empty with a "reserved" sign. Because all the tables and chairs were empty, my mom (70 years old) decided to sit down to rest for a little because she was tired. A guy that look like a manager by the name of "John" came to her to tell her that if she didn't have a number to replace the "reserved" sign, she was not allow to sit at the tables. He was very rude when he told her. He told me that we were not allow to sit at the tables if we were not buying any food. We didn't buy food but we spend money so the grandchildren (2 and 4 year old) could play the games for a little bit. (Which I understand, but the place was empty, there was nobody sitting on none all the tables. I bought our granddaughter (2 years old baby) ice cream, and she was sitting there eating her ice cream, and this guy by the name of "John" (he look like the manager) came to us again to tell us that we have to leave the place. He was screaming at us making us feel unwelcome, he was very rude. It was a very uncomfortable moment for our grandchildren and my mom to experience because he was screaming at us very bad. However, we treated him with respect and told him to give us 5 minutes so we can get everything ready to leave. He call the security guards to kick us out of the location. I was talking to the security guy which was a really nice person, and he told me to take my time. He looked at me like this "John" guy was a little crazy the way he treated people in that location... I will never go to this place again or recommend it to anybody. If this "John" guy is the manager in that location, I feel sorry for the employees and the customers that will go to this location with their children. I recommend the managers or supervisors above this person to watch what he is going to the customers at this location. This place will lose a lot of business with employees...

Horrible Horrible... customer service is bad! The only people that acted civilized tonight were the security guards, and the young lady at the food counter. The kid they had at the bumper cars kept letting the kid's who were already on cut in line in front of other children who had been waiting. The place was nasty tables hadn't been cleaned for a hour at a time. I mean tables full of old food ,plates cups, juice. It's nasty!! The bathroom was horrid, nobody cleans them at all. Urine and tissue on the floor, flooded toilets . I thought I was being pranked!!! The prices are too HIGH for such a filthy establishment its a shame how they keep this place so dirty. I've been to so many clean high traffic kid establishments so it's not that. They just don't care, I was with a party AND couldn't get in the door with the bags I had because it takes 30 minutes. Why is it taking so long to stamp a hand! The young lady kept walking away mid stamp of the hand. They were better when they were across the street years ago. Im so disappointed, my kids really wanted to come because I never bring them for this reason. We will...

The experience was horrible this time around. We went with my bf son the 23rd of March. First of all we got in line and we had to wait for I’m not sure why. Our little one had to use the bathroom and we asked the associate if we can quickly use the bathroom because she had no clue when the line would move. She said no and I had to get out of line and take him out. As soon as we went back inside everyone who was in line was already in and WE HAD to wait in line again. Then we ordered food and they gave us a number and we had waited an hour and half and still nothing! We told the cashier to refund us because that’s ridiculous. She said oh the manager has to come and we not only waited an hour and half but an extra 30 min for the manager to never come to the front. Finally my bf went to go look for the manager and she had the audacity for say oh wait for me in the front as if i hadnt waited over 30 min already.

This was just beyond the worst experience and the service was just horrible! It def makes me rethink to come to...
