La Michoacana Premium — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I visited this location on lake street on Saturday July 8 2017, the hours say open until 10pm. I was with my 3 girls as approach the door i notice it wouldn't open it, it was closed. I knocked on the door and the lady said in spanish we are closed I showed her my phone from the glass and it said 9.55 pm. I told her it's not 10pm yet I understand that people are tired and want to go home, but at the end of the day it would of just took 5 min to make my order. By the way I was just getting 3 bubble gum paletas. I went across the street where it was once dulcelandiana . The little place sells candy and ice cream. The guy was very nice and was giving out free samples of things. Very clean and they are open until 11pm. He told me they make their own ice cream there, it is also creeper. I really have enjoyed coming to this location with my family. The service is good. The ice cream selection is good. I've had the corn in a cup, variety of ice cream and the Doritolocos (very good).

In order for me to give them 5 stars I would like a little more organization when placing large orders. I ordered 70 paletas 2 days in advance for a company event and when I showed up at 8am, they had no clue what I was talking about. I had to wait and reselect all the flavors.
