Stopped into this place yesterday 7-3-2023. always noticed it in passing and decided to give it a try, bad decision. I decided to buy the charbroiled chicken sandwich on a pita with sweet potato fries. The guy gives me my receipts, (short, young Hispanic guy) and I go and find myself a booth to sit at. As I am waiting I am noticing that it’s taking a really long time to be called for my food and I take a look at my receipt to find out that this guy charged me for a rib eye charbroiled steak. I go back to the count to let him know, he returns the steak purchase to my card and charges me again for the charbroiled chicken. Then he walks from the ordering counter to the pick up counter and grabs the steak order and pulls it off the counter, 3 minutes later they call my order out. I grab it and sit down to find out the sandwich barely has meat on it, and the $5.09 sweet potato fries can probably be counted the portion is so small. Keep in mind I have been waiting over half hour for this food only to be disappointed in the portions, I haven’t taste anything yet but the sweet potato fries have been refried and you can tell. I take the food back to the counter and tell the same guy that I want a refund because I have been waiting on this bs for over half an hour and this place can’t get orders right. The guy adds the food up no taxes and refunds that amount to my card. I tell him there is no way that I am going to allow him to not reimburse me the full purchase after this terrible service, then he blames the computer and laughs and says that it’s only 1.40 am I serious. I look him in his face and tell him I’m very serious, if he’s not so worried about 1.40 then he should have that same energy when it comes to collecting taxes on an order. Bottom line, this place is a scam, overcharges you for food, small portions, terrible service, and there is no remorse or apology given for their attitude or poor...
Read moreThe location in Broadview is by far the most unprofessional fast food place I've been too. I order 4 times via drive thru in a matter of 2 months and all 4 times my order was wrong or messed up. The last time I finally called back after I got home and seen my order was wrong and spoke to the same girl who took my order she said sorry I told the cook to add chesse. She told me I can get a credit or a refund at tgis point after 4 times of wrong orders I said I wanted a refund. She then stated to give her my name and she would write it down all I had to do was go back within 14 business days for a refund. I went back a week later and the guy asked me for a receipt in which I no longer had. I explained the girl said I didn't need a receipt just my name. He refused to give me a credit or refund. I asked for his name to make a complaint and he refused. Then I asked for the owner or managers name and he also refused. Another girl which was the same girl who took my order decided she wanted to involve herself began being rude to me. They then told me to go to Berwyn location in which (Joe) the owner would take care of me. When I went to Berwyn location they said Joe wasn't in. They had no managers on either site to help me or difuse the situation. I will no longer support this business or recommend it to anyone. Especially not the broadview location. Employees there are careless and...
Read moreMy 15-year-old son ate here yesterday 7/15/24 and ordered a Super Taco with chicken. He was charged a regular price. I came again with him the next day, and the employee named "Evelyn" seemed new and told us that they typically don't make chicken super tacos. She then asked the "manager" named "Lupe" who was in the kitchen. He told her that it would cost an extra $3.50. My son ordered anyway and paid the extra cost. I wasn't aware of the extra charge until my son mentioned it to me. After he ate his meal, I then spoke with another employee about the extra charge, and she informed me that they typically charge $3.50 for EXTRA meat. I informed her that we didn't order extra meat and that we just ordered a chicken taco instead of a beef taco. She seemed like she wanted to stay out of it and quickly walked to the back to talk to "Evelyn," the employee who charged us. Evelyn then returned to the front and explained that she only charged us because the manager "Lupe" told her to. I then asked to speak to Lupe. She walked to the back, and after some time, she returned and claimed Lupe had left for the day. The food here is expensive enough as it is, I don't think it's worth the prices they charge. I also don't appreciate Lupe for conveniently becoming unavailable when a customer needs an...
