Adolfo's El Rio Mexican Food — Restaurant in Pueblo

Walking in, I was amazed in that the dinning area is larger than looking at the building from the outside. The tables are fairly spaced apart from each other which offers a comfortable spot to relax and eat. Adolfo's has a great variety of Mexican dishes to choose from including breakfast burritos that are an entire meal on to themselves. The service was great and prompt as I received my order in around six minutes. The amount of food I got,which was a No. 6, included a shredded beef burrito, a soft shell cheese taco and sides of beans and Spanish rice and a self serve salsa bar. Driving thru from NM- DEN and very pleased. We read reviews and decided on the California burritos, carne asada quesadilla, and rolled tacos with a horchata! (The tortillas are bomb and remind me of arizona!) $40 total

The sauces are good, the prescient as spicy as the green! The pico is really delicious I opened up my burrito and added it to the burrito.

Also to note- it was a holiday and the other Adolfo’s didn’t answer when trying to verify so we opt for this location...

Great job to the team at this new location the food was amazing Romero who introduced himself as the cook was very friendly and welcoming and the lady at the register was also very nice which is so different compared to the other two locations. This restaurant was also very clean they’ve definitely raised the bar and the other two locations should take notes.
