I would like to start off saying, the service here was excellent. They were a shining example of what customer service should be. They were warm and welcoming and took good care of us. The place exudes a great feel and atmosphere. Personally my meal, the breakfast slopper was fantastic. Unfortunately my companions weren't as lucky. I was given a bite of the pancake and I can't describe what was wrong with it, but I've never had a bad pancake before, that was odd. I was told "the eggs benedict's taste was off, the sauce was chunky sauce, eggs seem slightly undercooked which is hard because they are poached. The potatoes were water logged and some were raw." I found that odd since I also had potatoes and they were just fine. So, 2/3 dishes were off, and one was spot on and good. So maybe it was two different cooks? I'm not sure. But anyways, if the food consistency was fixed, this would be great.

Service was good. BLT sandwich was probably the worst my husband has ever had. It's the middle of August, when good tomatoes are available, but the tomatoes were mostly yellow. The bacon was so overcooked that it crumbled into tiny pieces. There was no mayo on the thin slices of bread and there was very little lettuce. The sandwich was dry. Very disappointing. I had a cobb salad and the bacon was cooked almost to the point of being burnt. There was no hard boiled egg on the salad. Overall this was a bad meal. The waitress was pleasant and did a fine job. We left her a tip because it's not her fault that the cook had no concern about providing decent food to the customers.

Came here to try the biscuits and gravy and first thing I noticed when I sat down was dirty utensils. I used to be a dishwasher so I know not every single wash works so whatever. Got into my first bite of biscuits and gravy and the biscuit itself was soft and great but the gravy tasted like cream of mushroom. Never in my life had cream of mushroom tasting gravy with small bits of sausage so my taste buds were not having it. The pappas they serve are a little more fried then I prefer. Got my check and noticed an ant had joined the party on my table 😬 Ended up paying $22 for a meal I did not enjoy but the servers do an amazing job here.

My girlfriend, son and I went to B-Street on Sunday 7/28 around 10 AM and we were told that there would be a 15 minute wait. After about an hour and a half of waiting I went to the host stand and noticed that people were being sat before us that got there after us. The excuse that was given was they have tables for specific party sizes. A gentleman that had arrived with a dog was sat at a three top table outside and a spot that could’ve easily accommodated us. I have worked in the service industry before and so has my partner, and we understand the frustrations of busy time frames. If the wait had been 30 minutes or even 45 minutes, I would’ve understood. Things happen and circumstances change but waiting an hour and 30 minutes after being told the wait would be 15 minutes, watching others that arrived after us get sat before us is very upsetting.

We were traveling through Pueblo on our way back home and would not have stopped at this restaurant had they simply let us know the timeframe would’ve been an hour plus.

To add insult to injury I ordered the steak with eggs, medium rare, and received a medium well steak along with some borderline raw potatoes and after the experience of waiting, I could not bring myself to complain and wait any longer so I simply ate it.

I’m sure this is normally a great establishment, I’m sure the food is decent quality too, but the fact that we weren’t checked in with and we got to sit there and watch as people that arrived after us got sat and even received their food before we got to a table is very frustrating.

Like I said, I’m familiar with the service industry and its challenges and I know being a breakfast spot. You can be busy on Sunday.

The only positive experience we had at the restaurant today was watching the server who was very busy ensuring she checked on all of her tables in a...

Honestly I have never been more disappointed and disgusted. We just ate there and my friend accidentally left her card and we called to ask if it was left, and it was and a woman answered telling us we couldn’t come get it until tomorrow because they had JUST closed but we were only 4 minutes away and could have came by to grab it, we’re just passing through Colorado on our way to Wyoming so there’s no possible way we could come by tomorrow and we begged her to please at least just set it outside and we’d come get it but she refused. We begged and pleaded because my friend won’t be able to even get another card, she’ll be living out of her car, and we expressed this to the woman too, but she proceeded to be hateful and still refused and told us no. We were no more than 4 minutes away and she couldn’t even set the card outside or wait 4 extra minutes to help us out. She obviously was inside the business since she answers the phone. So she also lied straight to our faces. It’s so shameful honestly because there’s no reason she couldn’t have just set it outside under something for us to grab. Even if she couldn’t stay. She locked the door and refused. So this business stole my friends card. We are all so upset and angry at the way we were treated by this business. They are not friendly and they don’t give two cares about their customers. So disgusting to say the least. I wish I would have gotten the girls name. I’m glad to never be going back. Be careful coming here. They’re rude and hateful and they will steal...

My first time here. Took some family from Denver for breakfast there. I was very disappointed with B street cafe. There was a waiting list, yep I get it. There were 5 of us. We sat outside, gave our order and waited over 30 minutes. Water from the mister kept dripping into our drinks, from the umbrella. We moved the drinks and let the water drip. I didn't appreciate being splashed in the face. My hair and makeup didn't like it either. Ok so, the plates were little. I ordered the huevos ranchero. Worst I've ever had. There is supposed to be a corn tortilla under the egg, the red chile was like a tablespoon and the potatoes were dry. The flour tortilla was like plastic folded up on the egg.. Wasn't warmed up. My husband's pancakes were more like crepes and rubbery. My husband didn't eat them all and now has a stomach ache. He said there were gross. So we were served and still had no napkins or utensils, so waited about 5 minutes for some utensils. So here we are just looking at our food. I started eating the hard little pinto beans with my fingers. Beans were dry too . By the time we got the utensils our food was cold. I hate cold fried eggs. This is where a tip plays in. Poor service and food does not warrant a tip, but one was added, but if it were me, I wouldn't have given anything. Will never go there again. Not sure what makes this place so great. I was embarrassed for this place. I don't...
