Welcome to Pueblo, Colorado! We are exhausted long haulers who haul everything this country needs to be considered necessary. We are in our truck stopping at Arby's and we can't do the drive thru. So we step up to the speaker and although we're seen by staff, nothing is said. So we approach the drive thru window and I knocked with a smile no less even though I was in a mask ( despite being exhausted and starving).. we are sternly given a finger from the cashier and then we are approached by the Manager, who is younger than my daughters and he begins tearing into me and my husband lost it before I could even reply. So now all traffic behind is is staying back. We asked if we could step inside and we are threatened with the cops being called... So yes we were upset but held Ourselves and just walked off. We are sitting there and people are driving by and flipping us off. We called corporate office and they are extremely apologetic, sent us make it right certificates. So we're talking to corporate and 2 cops pull up and then park and survey us. We were finally able to connect with someone who came and my husband got in and ordered as if nothing happened. WOW. I had hoped that the employee would understand that we're what keeps this country going. We had 1hr. Left before violation and hadn't eaten all day. We're limited and on open highway.. my husband and I did not go there for problems, we went to fill our bellies. We were parked in their lot.. worse, we were subjected to being flipped off by ignorant customers who rather than assist, watched and flipped us off. They got the train horn and Arby's gets a zero and not...
Read moreWell I don’t like to tell about bad experiences but I feel this need to be expressed to everyone that might decide to eat here. I gave this rating only because of one manager there that probably had a bad night but it doesn’t excuse her from being a professional. So to start off she was mad because my wife was looking at the orders that was ready yes I said looking not touching or bothering the orders at all so she saw my wife looking she got upset and threw the first bag of food on the counter then took the second bag and kind of slid/threw the bag on the counter also my wife asked for a drink tray she first said she didn’t have any then another manager gave us one and said thank you for your patience and said have a great night he showed so much professionalism that he made the other manager look so stupid sorry I don’t like calling people names but she definitely deserves that title so if you do eat here be aware that there is a KAREN manager that will ruin your dining experience. So I will say this Arby’s is a wonderful place to eat just be aware of who is serving you. This isn’t our first run inn with this manager she has had a nasty attitude towards my wife and I haven’t figured out why but I’m not going to worry about her because I know karma is a dish best served cold but I also know God said vengeance is his so that’s all I’m saying...
Read moreThis place is tops in all areas of hospitality, and I highly recommend this if you're passing thru, or local, whichever you are, patronize this restaurant. Elijah was super helpful our 1st stop before taking my son for an appointment and couldn't eat prior, so my mom 81 yrs old and I enjoyed food as my son waited for our 2nd trip here. Anyway, Elijah helped me on the app and is super friendly to everyone, and on our second trip about 1 hour later we interacted with the GM Sarah who also was super helpful, and apologetic about the extra well done cherry turnovers, but took care of us to compensate the mishap. Cortina was also a great help with my senior mom, helping explain the after 8pm special, and inquiring about that deal in Lamar, Colorado which is 27 miles from my home town of Holly, Colorado. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the fountain area was also clean. The only thing I could suggest is an upgrade to push button entry both front and rear entrances because it shows the handicap patronize just how much your business appreciates them, and it's 2025, and the technology now allows customers to Google search restaurants who are accessible and most likely they'll select convenience to dine out. Lot's of success to this...
