Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in Pueblo

This was about the 7th or 8th time I've been there ,two or three times dining inside and the other times thru the drive-thru. The last time was on Sunday night around 8:30pm and the guy who took my order was very polite (drive-thru). Being below 0° my window was frozen shut and could not roll it down and the guy couldn't really understand what I was ordering so he said just to pull up to the window so I did,he took my payment and that's when the cook I'm guessing the cook because he had on the food prep plastic gloves on which were full of who knows what n bbq sauce handed me my bag of food with whatever was on his gloves was now all over my bag. My car has white/beige interior which made the situation even worse.He then asked me if I wanted any paper plates ,which I answered "yes" to and he handed me two paperplates without removing is soiled gloves and his fingerprints and sauce all over them (which I left at the window). Now, He's lucky I had a very long day and was tired and hungry cause the old me woulda pulled him through the window and let him what I thought of his service..,anyway I get home and take my food out of the bag and the container is the same way the bag was,because of him we will not be going back to this location and have to deal with this type of childish employee along with the other employees who were giggling in the background who thought...

The pulled pork sandwiches are usually $5. The girl Hannah that works there. I don't know if she's on drugs or something but I was just in there last week and she was the one that told me that they were $5 and I came in here yesterday and bought them for me and my mom for $5 and it was somebody else working the front counter. And so I went in there today and all of a sudden they're not $5 anymore and they don't even know what I'm talking about. They're acting like they don't even know what I'm talking about, they're acting brand new. Like I said, I don't know if it's because that girl Hannah is on drugs or something but she didn't want to give me the manager's name. She didn't want to give me her name. She didn't want to tell me when the manager was coming in so I could talk to him. She said literally there is no manager. There's nothing he can do about the prices which is ridiculous. Of course they can. It's literally the job. Anyway, don't go there. This place is the worst. Their food is overpriced. Like I said, their sandwiches are $5 (or used to be, the employees acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, or we're high, but I couldn't get a straight answer). Their employees don't want to work so they'll do whatever and say whatever to not have to make your food. Don't waste your time or money. It's run by little girls and they don't know what...

I placed an online order and arrived on time to pick up my food. When I went to the counter I was asked to stand to the side for a moment and figured they just needed to go grab the food. 10 MINUTES LATER they finally finished with the few people who had been in line and finally started my food. When I asked if there was a reason why my food had taken so long I was told it was because they were simply busy. I pointed out I was a paying customer just like the people in line and had been promised the food at a certain time and they told me that it was a computer that gave that time, not them so it wasn’t their fault. I continued to try and explain my frustration but got nowhere and was not even given an apology for the wait time, just told again and again that it was the computer’s fault. Seeing that it was going nowhere I went ahead and just asked for my receipt so that I could do a survey or make a call or something to someone higher up. I was told that my receipt was on my email. After I left I found that all I had on my email was my confirmation and the only number given was the store number. This small lie about the receipt was just the cherry on top of a terrible experience where none of the staff seemed to care about my wait or be willing to take any responsibility for the situation. I will never be back or ever recommend this...
