The first time I came here, they forgot condiments on my sandwich. The second time, I waited so long. I didn't even get a sandwich and ended up leaving.
The employees seem very timid with no confidence. There is a strong vibe that they don't know what they're doing. One guy was just standing in front of a sandwich looking back-and-forth, waiting for another team member to bring him a tuna salad mix or something. Like he was scared to leave his post.
The employees need better training. This place has been open long enough. Thats embarrassing and doesn't give the customer much confidence in spending their money here. Usually I give a place 3 trys but I'm not going back. I really do enjoy Jersey Mike's but id rather go up to the Springs if i really want a Jersey Mike's sub. Go to Jimmy John's. They have their shit together, and they make hot sandwiches now.

I’m not looking for any compensation or gift cards – I just hope this feedback can be used constructively to help improve the teams training and confidence. Read moreI’ve been coming in since they opened. I have had to wait in line a few times when busy, but they always make up for it in customer service and good food. The restaurant has been clean every time we go in. They are kind and attentive to my 5 yr old daughter, even asking her if she wanted her tiny sandwich cut in half. The manager who is always working when I go in is a very friendly, compassionate woman who treats her young staff as if they are her own kids or family. My fiance and I have witnessed her celebrate her employees (coming in to tell her they passed their DL test, her telling them she is so proud, drive safe, and she loves them). We were so touched by their team dynamic we gave her $20 for pizzas for them because we just loved how good the service was but also seeing someone treat the next generation with such love, kindness, and respect. We watched her immediately walk to dominos and get her staff pizzas. Last night I had trouble ordering on the app, I called in and the employee who answered was so helpful and friendly. Apologized, offered to take my order by phone, and even offered a small discount for the trouble. Thank you for your kindness. Everyone makes mistakes but the way you handle them...
Read moreI'm so disappointed! I like their sandwiches a lot! They gave me the wrong online order in a bag! When I came back and returned the wrong order, they had not much to say but tried to blame me why I didn't read the receipt that was attached to the bag! It's just incredible! They were trying to say that there were two online orders sitting there to be picked up, and apparently, I took the wrong one. When I grabbed the bag, there was only one bag there. I admit, I could've read the receipt that was attached to the bag, but I was tired already and believed them when they said your bag is ready because there was only 1 bag there, so...
