The first time I went to this pueblo location they forgot to add bacon to my pick up order. Had to go back in an the guy didn't change his gloves an threw it right on my bowl. He had to look at my receipt an open my food to verify. This seemed very unsanitary considering the bacon was exposed not covered I could have grabbed a piece myself it is right next to the register. I decided to go back a different time an the workers were all gathered around the grill area chewing and laughing. The worker took my order an I noticed his hands was red and dirty with hot chettoos an he didnt even wash his hands. He put gloves right over it. I began to get nervous and I was intimidated because all the other workers was standing around eating and laughing so I froze at what I saw I couldn't believe it. I didnt know if I should say something or what. I began to think about how I wasnt going to even enjoy the food and how my money was going to be wasted. As I watched him prepare the food he wiped his pants a few times and grabbed the fixings. While on the grill I saw him jokingly flick some old left over food at the worker as he told her she left it there.I got nervous and left I wasnt gunna spend over 15 on that mess. I called an spoke to the manager and she didn't even care. This is scary my immune system is not the best and I rarely eat out as is an this is a confirming reason why. The health department needs to get involved. Considering covid is still on the rise this pueblo location is really unsanitary. I wouldn't take my chances with this location. I live in the springs an the locations there are clean and friendly. Spend your money somewhere else or eat there and risk getting sick from there unsanitary and non caring management. This really made my nerves bad. This happened 11/23/2022 at around 11:45am if they want to check...
Read moreUpdate 8/12- I received a hand address letter in the mail from a Nathan Rose. It had a menu, a card to apply for a job, and a gift card for a cookie. The dude is way out there man. So incredibly disrespectful. I would never even consider working for you. I cannot go that low I don't know even know how to play your way. And a cookie? Lol, If they're cooked in your place, no way. However I will share the cookie card. I'm sure there's someone standing around that will enjoy.
Now to respond to his review post. I didn't ask for extra lettuce or tomato. That was made up the False News. I did ask for mayonnaise and onion and they said everything had to be upon request. They work instructed they could not offer a product. Please tell me you're not calling your staff liars.
But that is not what I complained about the most either. I think it was sanitary. And I think that was the problem. You are so incredibly disrespectful. I just received your hand printed envelope in the mail. That in itself is a little unnerving It will be forwarded to your corporate office.
A better solution to my review would be fix your problems. Not retaliate against the person writing the review. Grow up dude, grow up. I will forward your envelope to corporate office. I'm sure they'll enjoy your professionalism. I mean, really. Lol
Original Review.... Anywhere else people, anywhere else. When I spend my hard-earned money, I would like them to appreciate the fact that I am spending it with this business. If I have to beg you for service or I have to ask you for good service or to actually share some of your ingredients, that should not be a problem. But the manager has an attitude and it is a problem. Don't waste your time...
Read moreIt seems Pepper had the opposite experience as I did. The employees could not care in the least to do anything correct for me... On October 21, 2021 I walked in to order two sandwiches, one for me and one for my wife. There were about six employees working. The order taker took my order while constantly moving around doing other things. There was not a single smile in the place. My wife’s sandwich was a regular steak and cheese on white with provolone and mushrooms. After about 7 minutes I received my sandwich. After 11 minutes I asked the order taker to see about my wife’s sandwich. I could see the grill worker only had chicken on the grill. The order taker said to me, “he knows”. Then after 15 total minutes I asked the cold sandwich maker, a tall white male that may have been the manager, if he could check on my wife’s sandwich since it had been 15 minutes. He asked what the sandwich was and I told him exactly what it was. Apparently, the cook interpreted the manager as saying a Philly Cheese Steak as the menu has it with peppers and onions. After 4 more minutes the manager was wrapping the sandwich and I could see that there were peppers in it. I mentioned this to him and he clearly became angry and quickly started tightly wrap up the sandwich and was moving it towards the garbage. I said that we could take out the peppers. He said that he could make another sandwich. I told him we had no more remaining time. We left with the sandwich. My wife opened the sandwich in the car and noticed onions in the sandwich. I took the sandwich back in the store and asked for a refund. The manager shook his head left to right and said no. I left the sandwich on the counter and...
