Usually I go drive thru but unfortunately, my previous review based on that is being replaced by this one because my family and I made a trip to the dining room. I couldn't believe the way it's changed. I spent a lot of money to enjoy a good time with my kids and it was ruined due to the fact that this establishment has allowed homeless people to overrun it. The dining room was filled with people whom would stare, ask for money for food and constantly interrupt our conversations with small talk, presumably to get in my good graces to buy them food. I bought one of them food at first, but enough's enough when they're all staring at you while you're eating and asking for your charity. I feel bad for them, but the fact remains I just wanted a fun experience with my children. My oldest daughter was uncomfortable the whole time, which really dissapoints me because I wanted her to have fun. I really hate that I feel compelled to leave two stars because the service was excellent and an employee even asked one of them sitting next to us to move after I complained, but he only moved one table over. They also fight amongst themselves, which, again, adds to the feeling of being uncomfortable eating here. I tried to tell her to ignore them but I could tell she couldn't and wanted to get out asap. This is not what I wanted from this experience. These homeless people get enough change to buy a coffee, which exempts them from loitering and I feel this is a loophole to harass other patrons. Again, I wish I could give more than two stars because the service was great, but if my family didnt have a good time, that's a BIG problem for me. I'm sorry I had to leave this updated review. It's a shame. I hope this changes soon. Again, I feel bad for tbis update but I feel it's fair. Beware of the dining experience with...
Read moreThere are only so many times you can excuse an inadequate staff. Today I drove through the drive-thru. When I came to the window the young man asked if that was my order I said no. At that time it seemed he would correct it. No, instead he pulled up my car on the video, had me pay for the order that he thinks I ordered and moves me on. All of this time I'm thinking he's changed the order to what it is supposed to be.
I arrive home and behold it is the wrong order. I call management and instead of saying bring your food back will refund your money and make it right, that's not what she said. I have to buy it again if I would like the right order. Who's going to pay for my gas to & from my house, or time? I guess I would charge McDonald's for that?
Again if this has been one time, but this is constant. If there's a general manager out there I would suggest you pay them a visit because their customer service sucks in every way. The idea this young man to be told that order is wrong and not to correct it right then and there! Are you kidding me. Instead I came home with the wrong order and I was overcharged because it is the wrong order all because this young man did not want to be wrong. He would rather me have the wrong order. Wrong or right it's customer service . As soon as he heard it was a mistake it should have been corrected right then and there I'm giving them too much leeway . What I have learned from this specific McDonald's, they do not care. I will go Crosstown before I drive through their drive...

Edit: I wrote too soon. My initial review above was written after two or three visits on which I ordered for only myself. The quality of service dramatically decreases when ordering for two or more people, or when ordering ice cream.
I've never heard an issue with their speed, but it's not difficult to be quick when you aren't giving customers everything they've ordered and paid for.
On May 6, 2019, I was asked to pull ahead, and then when they brought me the food, I didnât realize they'd forgotten my two Sundays until the employee had gone back inside, so I had to go in and request the remainder of my order.
That wasn't a big deal at the time, by itself. But today my wife and I drove through and ordered two burgers, a ten piece nugget, and a large fries.
It's annoying that the customer has to make sure the MacDonald's employees give you what you've paid for, and unwisely, I didnât check until we got home. At home I realized they hadn't given us any fries, which is all my wife ordered and all she will eat from the macdonalds, so they basically neglected to give us my wife's entire intended meal.
Now I could drive back and pick up the fries, but weâve both had a long day, and it would be more appropriate for them to bring us our fried, anyway.
That's twice in a row, and I canât imagine how little anyone there must care, so I'm writing this for future customers only. Check your food because they arenât exactly tops in...
