So, I personally will never step foot into this store ever again. I am very disappointed. Everyone knows that the energy of a child is the most powerful and precious of energy that exists. It is to be protected and nurtured. My daughter and her mother went in to make a purchase for my daughter. My 3 year old daughter had an emergency and desperately had to go to the restroom. It is store policy that customers cannot use the bathroom. After explaining the urgency, the young woman sent them to another store. After running to the store and barely making it, they returned to make the purchase and were treated very poorly by the stores owner in regards to the incident. I wonder if they'd have preferred my daughter have an accident on the floor. A 3 year old cannot hold bowel movements like adults and the fact that they wouldn't even take her or walk her back is absurd. Did they think my three year old and her mother were going to steal from the one place they can go to purchase the things needed to keep light and love around them? I love this place. Sometimes I get the urge to visit my witch self and I stop by this place when im in pueblo. I often leave with something too. My last items bought was a heart shaped candle holder and a yellow and orange candles. The staff is friendly and ready for any questions, not to mention the adorable dog! They are very kind and I love it when they joke with me and my family. I often find myself just blindly wandering, looking at the same stuff over and over again. It smells amazing and the music always sends me in a calm trance. I recommend this place heavily. This is the best place if you're new to witchcraft, or curious about it. They have herbs, crystals, scents, scent holders, candles+candle holders, rings, books, and a lot more. Really a great place for newer witches. I can't wait to return there! Was talked into buying crystals I didn’t want mostly because I hate confrontation. My issue I know. I had the worst feeling after buying them because she didn’t explain how they went together and I never got to personally pick my crystals. The vibes this lady gave off were really bad and that made me really want to return them too. I called about returning them and was told they didn’t do returns or exchanges due to covid at this time, but we had just the day before exchanged a crystal necklace my daughter bought that wouldn’t open with no problem.
