Pretty frustrated, I ordered a mobile order which, I am about five or six minutes away from this location. Ordered a grilled cheese, they took forever in the drive-through. Granted, yes, it was lunchtime, but the person in front of me had literally 10 drinks. The solution for that is to make people pull to the side and you bring it to them. Not only that, I had been waiting at minimum 10 minutes in line before that. Whatever- all that aside, what bothers me is the fact that I order a grilled cheese. Grilled cheeses are meant to be hot and at this point, I was positive my grilled cheese was probably not very hot. If I had known it was going to take that long I would’ve just gone inside, but you can’t get out of the drive-through. I asked the employee to please warm it up and he tells me he can’t. Like really? Rude drive thru staff handed me a cold pastry ( I ordered heated) and when I handed it back with my right arm because my left arm is in a cast , I asked for it to be heated, she grabbed it, and then laid my credit card on the window counter where I couldn't reach it with my cast, I guess as punishment? I asked for a straw for my drink and got one, no eye contact, nothing. I said thank you and still nothing. I called store and a supervisor, Mark said he apologized for her because she just came in and was doing two jobs. I STILL asked to speak to manager and he said " you can come in and talk to Kailey; see you soon" and he hung up on me!!! This is going to corporate. Read moreOn the mobile app, I placed an order for a French vanilla espresso Frappuccino in Venti size on Wednesday, July 10 and received it with no coffee in it. When I called the Starbucks and spoke to a manager, she was polite and said that I could come back in the next day to get a new another drink on them since there was no Espresso in the coffee. I called on Thursday, July 11 and Erin was very polite taking down my order. When I received my order, the lady at the window was very rude and short. The drink did look again light however it does have coffee at this time. I would like to thank Erin for taking the time to give me my correct drink.
