Local’s BBQ&Grill — Restaurant in Puerto Rico

My husband and I made a day trip to Luquillo and decided to get some food from Local's BBQ & Grill and enjoy the view. It did not disappoint. The ribs were delicious!! They were tender and juicy, and perfectly seasoned! Even the cartilage was tender. The yucca was tasty too. We typically don't add onions when we make yucca at home but I liked it on these. My husband really enjoyed the arroz con gandules... something he has missed since moving out of PR. My only regret was not bring able to try more of the food. The food, people and vibes were great. I highly recommend it! Wish I’d been there when live music was happening (only Thursday-Sunday) but during the week it’s a chill seaside spot for casual dining outside. Loved it and went back several times during our stay in Luquillo. Everything sold is incredible. Locally owned and a great way to support local business. The food is phenomenal. Our picky eaters were so happy they asked to go back, we ate here 2 nights in a row.
