My friend and I came through and got coffee. She made a mistake by not telling the girl she wanted it made a certain way. So she paid for a whole other drink, which I thought was lame customer service, why not just remake it??, but it was agreed we would take all 4 coffees, she got hers and asked for the other one and they tossed it. So, I always have a greasy napkin. People change with the college seasons. One person didn't like that I paid in cash one day, or so I assume because when they handed me back my change, coins fell out of her hand (she poured them in my hand, instead of making sure I could capture them), and most of them slid out of my hand onto the ground, and she just walked away. Sure it was like 23 cents, but it was the attitude about it. Think I'm done...
