Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pullman

Updating my review because I worked there for a couple of weeks: still as sh!t as my last review lol.

On Friday, November 4th I ordered from Pizza Hut. Our food was delivered cold so we took it back to the restaurant to get a refund. While standing at the counter waiting for the associate to refund my money back, my fiancé was able to get a couple pictures of used pizza trays overflowing from the bottom shelf, onto the floor. They also had food sitting at room temperature, waiting to be delivered to customers. They were not under any sort of heater. That’s when it clicked; why my food was not even warm and my fiancé’s pasta wasn’t even lukewarm. The cheese was not even melting on the top of his pasta and he could stick and hold his finger in the middle of the dish, without feeling any heat. His pasta also came without a lid on it. There was also a used pizza cutter that was being used for multiple different kinds of pizza without being washed in the middle and it was just sitting on the counter, along with various other foods that were sitting out open on the table that the associate was using to cut the pizzas. July 27th 2022 500 pm. So im a person out of town and called 2 times to try to order for delivery. i listened to the automated messages that take around 5 minutes to get through. Eventually when someone did answer, i was asked delivery or carry out, i said delivery, then got hung up on. The second time i called, it was a different person that asked for delivery or carry out. I said delivery, then she asked for my phone number, i gave the information then was asked about the address they had on file. I gave them the address where i was staying at then i got hung up on again.

I went down to the front desk of where i was staying and told them about my experience. I was told by the front desk clerk that they hear about this problem from their guests frequently.

I do not recommend this particular pizza hut. Instead, i recommend the birch n barley. They dont hang up on...

I have always loved Pullman Pizza Hut and have ordered take out often, even during the epidemic. We walked in about 10:30pm on a Sunday night. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. We ordered several large pizzas, couple orders of boneless wings, and several 2 liters of drinks. The girl acted upset that she was having to actually help us and do some work. One person in the group asked for water and she said they didn't have any. We ended up getting water from the sink, which is what she should have offered to do!! I was disappointed & embarrassed because this group was my family who had came for my son's wedding the day before from Texas, Nevada, and New Mexico!!
