Nuevo Vallarta — Restaurant in Pullman

We went for my Sisters birthday tonight. There was one other table that was also celebrating a birthday and getting all the attention of the 1 waiter working. My husband and I arrived late. The 3 other family members had just gotten their food. We waited for 10 minutes, the waiter never came with menus or to see how their meal was. I went up front and found the menus. The waiter came 10 more minutes later. I gave him an order of ice water with a straw, margarita on the rocks, and a shredded chicken enchilada with a ground beef taco all rice with enchilada sauce on the rice, No Beans and a side of flour tortillas. My husband ordered Aroz Compollo and a Coke/Pepsi. 15 minutes go but our comes out food, our drinks never arrived as the waiter was having fun with the other party. My husbands order was correct, I asked the waiter for our drinks, and saw a big helping of beans! Yuck!! He acted like I was a jerk! He came back with our drinks while they fixed my plate when he clearly gave the kitchen the wrong order, came back with the plate, no beans no tortillas or water, I asked for the tortillas. He left. My order was wrong but I was hungry... Got a ground beef enchilada and a shredded beef taco!!! He came back with the tortillas. Last we saw of him. We wont be back unless someone asks us to dinner and asks us to meet them here. The waiter was rude to our entire family. Didnt even care that he got our food wrong and never came back to see if everything...

The food and drinks were very good, as well as the cleanliness. The service however was lacking. The waiter brought our waters and I asked him before he left if I could order my wife a virgin Pina colada, he said yes but didn't seem to acknowledge that he took the order or ask me what I wanted to drink. After about 5 mins another waiter walked by and dropped the drink off with no eye contact or questions about if we were ready to order or not. After another 5 minutes the same waiter came back and asked if we were ready to order, I said not yet but I'd like to order a margaritas, he went and came back with the margarita after about 5 mins and then asked us what we would like to order. We ordered our food and it was hit, fresh and tasted great which I was impressed with. I was disappointed however that the whole meal nobody checked on us and when it came time to order more drinks I had to make eye contact with the waiters. If your wanting decent Mexican food in a small town such as pullman I would recommend going here, however don't expect to get prompt service...

I wanted to review my recent takeout experience since it was so good! I called a takeout order in after looking at the online menu, and was greeted by the most pleasant woman who quickly and accurately took my order. It was ready in less than 20 mins, and was delicious! It was a little spendy, but I honestly feel the quality and porition size warrant the price. I'd happily pay it again! I had a pollo asado burrito, and my significant other got a carne asada burrito. Both were incredible! Served with plenty on the side, and in very nice containers that were sturdy and easy to eat from. The food was incredible, as always. They made sure we had chips, salsa and any extras we wanted, so we got the full dining experience. Everyone we got to talk to was incredibly nice and pleasant, 10/10 on service for sure! Even though dine in isn't currently available, Nuevo still made takeout so delicious, enjoyable and worth...
