This is subject to change probably very quickly, and I don't know if this is an issue with the store or Jack in the box in general due to covet 19, but there's a lot of misinformation about hours of service and ordering via mobile. I understand that this particular franchise and all franchises have no control over the mobile app, but I looked at hours of service, and both Google, the app, and the website, Allstate that this is a 24-hour establishment. Again, I have no issues with different hours of service especially with the pandemic, but this was especially frustrating. I ordered around 5:00 a.m. and as usual, went to the location. I have been at this Jack in the box this early, and it is never been an issue, even about 3 weeks ago. Maybe it is something unique today, and like I said I am not one to complain at all. However, I have been here for over an hour waiting for staff to come in, so I could get my favorite fast food of all time. It is currently quarter after 6:00 in the morning, and I have watched two other customers pull up to the drive-thru, and then leave. I went up to the drive-thru when I arrived at around 5:00 a.m., and the establishment was closed. I pulled around to the sign in front of the door which stated that the hours forward from 6:00 to 10:00. Again, totally fine, but seriously this sucked because it was not advertised anywhere besides a piece of paper on the door. Then, as 6:00 rolled around, there was still nobody here. I'm guessing at around 6:05 or 6:10, the manager walked through the door. That's around the time that people started coming through the drive thru and I don't know if they were turned away for some reason, but I'm pretty frustrated. Then about 6:15 another team member showed up and also walked through the door. Still, this establishment is not open. There is no posted signage that hours have changed besides that 6:00. I have literally been here for an hour and some change. Unfortunately, I have to leave to go to work and I don't even know how to get a refund. I hated having to do that one-star review, and I would love to change it. I'd really appreciate if the franchise owner would give me a call or contact me, because this just isn't okay. As I'm writing this, another customer pulled up to the drive-thru and is now driving away and I am not sure why. I don't know the specific circumstances but it is not posted or advertised anywhere that any hours have...
Read moreI am not a big fan of fast food for health reasons. With this said, I understand that many people do like fast-food, and eat it on a regular basis. The scoring for this Jack in the Box will not be based on competition with other higher-end restaurants. This would be incredibly unfair for all fast food restaurants. I believe in fairness. The score will be based on similar establishments that sell essentially the same items. This Jack in the box is located on grand and Stadium Way in Pullman Washington. It right on the corner of two very busy streets and access to this establishment is rather difficult to get into, but well worth it once you get inside. I have eaten at this Jack in the Box a number of times and the customer service is always very good. The food is generally hot and fresh. The food is also relatively inexpensive when compared to other fast-food restaurants. On my last visit, an employee by the name of Bruce Wayne (this is his real name), helped me, and did a very good job. He did everything that would be expected for excellent customer service at a fast food restaurant. Overall I would consider this restaurant a better choice than say a McDonald's or Arby's because of overall better customer service, price, and freshness of food. The jumbo jacks have all the vegetables unlike many similar establishments. This is a plus if you like that kind of thing. The french fries are not quite as good as what I got at McDonald's. I still feel this Jack in the Box is better than the McDonalds' I have been to because it's less expensive with better customer service and in my opinion has better...
Read moreI would give zero if I could. Ordered through the drive through 8 items in total, the relevant ones being: 2 tacos (no cheese), 1 spicy chicken, 1 rg vanilla shake.
I was in the drive through for 20 minutes.
The spicy chicken was not spicy, it was a plain chicken patty. The 2 tacos had cheese on them. The vanilla shake has something black and the consistency of skin floating in it.
While I was at the window to pay, I watched the girl who was taking orders run her bare hand over the end of her nose (which was hanging out of her mask) like she was rubbing snot off of it, then handle drink cups.
I watched the self professed team lead check the tacos (looking for ones without cheese), say something to the fryer guy. He then told the nose rubber that it was just waiting for tacos. She waited for a split second, grabbed two tacos, threw them in the bag and gave me my order.
I would give her name, but no one had on a name tag.
Once home after finding the issues, I attempted to call the store. The phone rang and rang and rang until I got a fax machine in the ear. Tried again, and the same thing.
I then when on to do the survey and the web site is wrong and goes to a dead link.
I haven't been to a Jack in the Box in over a year due to issues with my order last time. After this experience, I'm never going back.
Edit: My spouse got food poisoning from our meal. Never going to...
