Taco bell is an american staple, for better or worse. But this one of the worst locations nationwide I have frequented. It turns out, I already left them a bad review years ago, so here's the update:
Doordash drivers beware: this location is notoriously overwhelmed, be it due to managements understaffing, staffs lack of concern, or ownerships inability to get working equipment. This last order, I received the first of my two for a delivery from them, then proceeded to wait an hour and a half in the lobby for the second. I pestered the staff numerous times, who assured me it was "in the works" at one point. Evidently they had lost the order somehow, I overheard. Meanwhile the lobby filled and emptied and doordash drivers came and went. Despite numerous reminders and questions, no attempts to recover and expedite the order were apparently made. During this time you can observe the staff overtly avoiding eye contact because they know how far behind they are, and in keeping with the generation, as soon as any conflict arose they choose to ignore the customer and instead hold up lines. They were constantly expressing to customers that some machine or another was broken so they needed to choose replacements. Complete waste of my time (unlike them I don't get paid by the hour) the customer's time, very inconsiderate, and ultimately never produced the order. There will be no repercussions for them, meanwhile my metrics are effected. I won't be accepting orders from here again, but they won't care, there's plenty of other drivers....

If I was a costumer, I would have a problem with this, but when it comes to my job it affects my income, ratings, and livelihood. It is financially devastating to my shifts to sink a minimum of five orders at this location that can take anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour.
They openly admitted to having four pages of door dash orders at a time with the line for the drive through out to the highway. If they do not have the capacity to keep up, they should not keep accepting orders. I don’t blame the staff, I know they are likely instructed to keep accepting them, but this should not become my problem. I hope these issues get sorted, but to all people working delivery: if your acceptance rate can take the hit, decline any orders coming out if...
Read moreDuring the day this is a run of the mill Taco Bell. But god help you if you go at night. I went inside and placed an order at the kiosk at 9:56. Inside it was not very busy. Only about 2-3 people waiting on food inside. I ordered Grilled Cheese Nacho fries and a Grilled Cheese Burrito. I received my food at 10:50 almost a whole hour after I ordered. One of the guys working stood at the front register talking to a friend for about 15 minutes while i and other patrons waited. I have worked in a very busy fast food establishment for 4 years and I have never had a customer wait more than 15 minutes for an order. After the hour wait for my food i received a coupon for a soft shell taco. I expected something a little better than a $2-3 coupon...
