I see that I'm definitely the odd one out with this review, but let's see...
I'll begin by echoing what everyone else has said, the staff is incredibly friendly and the restaurant itself is very clean. The presentation of the food was absolutely gorgeous! Upon taking my first few bites, however... it was extremely bland! I couldn't detect any seasonings at all. I was shocked, and seeing everyone else's reviews, I'd like to go back and try again just to see if maybe I encountered a weird one-off. I'll update this review if I do.
Edit: I went back and tasted it again. Still bland, I swear the sauce that comes with the burrito tastes like ketchup. No cumin flavor or evidence of spices at all. I'm mystified. The staff was still friendly, but they didn't refill our waters until we were about ready to leave, couldn't remember who ordered what, and the margaritas didn't hit at all. No idea how much alcohol was in there. The shredded beef was tough, and again, the only flavor I detected in it was salt...
If you want to taste real good Mexican, try La Casa Lopez in Moscow. Their food is so good, I swear it makes me want to lick the plate clean. And the...

The chicken was too tough to cut so I pulled bite size amounts off.
The salsa is flavorful but, for me, neither the regular or the 'extra spicy' was spicy enough.
The waitress was very kind and attentive and the ambiance was quiet enough to hold a conversation. I appreciate that!
I'm on the fence whether I will come back. I don't know if the lettuce wasn't drained well or if it was the chicken... either way, it wasn't...
Read moreThis is the absolute best restaurant in Pullman. We try to go once a week and try something different each time. Tonight it was quesabirria and camarones con tocino (bacon wrapped shrimp, with a creamy queso). I can vouch for the arroz con pollo, any of their seafood, and the shredded beef. They are consistently delicious. The chefs know what they’re doing!! Nayarit has all the traditional combos, but I recommend trying something new. The staff is always so friendly and kind, the prices are VERY reasonable, & we are always full & happy when we leave! This is a family owned & operated restaurant, and Pullman is so lucky to have them. Please try the...
