Decided on a whim to cross the bridge for some ice cream. Really glad I did. It was my first visit, but definitely not the last. They have a really broad menu to choose from. A flavor for every palate, even of the canine variety. I was actually quite surprised by the serving sizes and cost. It was less than I had been expecting. I was fortunate to have gone when they weren't busy and my order was quickly given to me. We had a hurricane and sundaes and it was well worth the trip across the water. There is only one thing I would have done differently. If I could do it over I would have loaded up my pup and brought her along. I was apprehensive to take her, but all my fears were assuaged and next time she'll be joining us. This was the perfect way to begin winding down for the evening. My only advice would to not get in a hurry when ordering. Take your time to look over all the available flavors. I went with my standard go-to cookie dough, but upon further inspection there were a few months e choices that I probably would have enjoyed just as much and been able to appreciate a little variety. I'll be back for sure. If you get your ice cream in a bowl at least get a waffle cone on the side. They're fantastic even when empty. You'll thank me.

Let's face it, if it's a Dairy Queen cone or a gourmet banana split, ice cream is ice cream...... and it always gets 5 stars. This unique creamery in Punta Gorda is a great treat for the blistering got days in the Florida heat. Would recommend going during the day becuase i hear the lines to get ice cream are super long in the evenings. I ended up getting a chocolate hurricane with cookie dough and peanut butter cup. Ice cream is considered a better quality compared to chain ice cream shops. The bits of candy were perfectly spaced throughout the cup which rarely happens. Portions are seemed generally large which is good or bad depending on preference. Staff were super friendly and was a nice cold treat. CHEERS!

This place is undoubtedly the absolute best ice cream stop!! Please don't tell too many people 🤫.... It's already busy enough!! Lol I clean vacation rentals for a living and if I encounter the guests.... I tell them that they CANNOT leave Punta Gorda without having a Working Cow ice cream!! Julie is the sweetest... I never have to tell her my order. From day one she remembered!! The best feeling in the world is knowing that you matter to our small businesses. I almost feel like family when I come here!! I can't say enough good things about this place! 🙃🤗😎🎉💕🍦🍨🍧💜 Please.... Always, always support our small businesses!! Still a long line 20 minutes til closing!!

Good ice cream but Good God what terrible service. I had explained that I needed a new ice cream scoop because I could TASTE the mint ice cream they scooped prior to mine. I had to argue with the staff and insist that I could indeed taste it. They proved to themselves that mint chip was the other ice cream flavor on the receipt (my husband's cup) but tried to gaslight me! saying that they used a different scooper and even looked me in the eyes and said they didn't SEE any mint chip in my cup (like durrr of course, it's a small amount mixed throughout) after I had already explained that I tasted it and I'm very sensitive to it. They gave me dirty looks and almost didn't even get me a new cup. You're lucky that it wasn't under different circumstances relating to a serious allergy. Just a couple of bitter old women having a power trip working here. They were incredibly unprofessional. Terrible...
