Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Punta Gorda

Literally one of the worst locations I've ever been to. After the very first visit it's been poor experiences every single time thereafter. Their Frappuccinos are very poorly made and pretty much are water. The staff has never gotten one single of our coffees correctly. And have even gotten four out of four of our items messed up before and as we drove her away frustrated the cashier started to apologize and the manager looked at the cashier and said don't. After spending $11 today on two coffees one tall one Grande and receiving another poorly made pathetic excuse for a Starbucks coffee this is my last visit. What's the saying fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I think after the 10 try I've given enough chances

They are just rude. There was a long line in drive through, probably 10 cars, so I went in and ordered. Then a few people came in after me and ordered. When I saw that all 10 of those cars past by and then some people that ordered after me where getting their drinks, I went up and asked when my would be done. They asked for my name and then said oh we are just finishing it now. So then they gave it to me and I walked away. That is when they started being childish and saying, have a good day, have a great day, hope your day is better. Yelling it across the restaurant. I had ordered a tumbler cup through the Starbucks app because it was showing these particular cups to be in stock at this location. When we arrived at the drive-thru I informed them of my order & placed an order for a iced latte as well. I was told the cups were out of stock & the manager was trying to give me store credit so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of calling Starbucks for a refund. However, the barista who took my order in the drive-thru decided to check their storage room to see if there were anymore back there & found a box with cups and found the one I wanted! I was very happy & pleased with how determined they were to make it right. This is possibly my new favorite Starbucks! Very friendly service & the iced latte...
