Burger King — Restaurant in Puyallup

I hope this is the right Burger King I am doing a review for. The one next to planet fitness on River road is what I’m hoping for. Today I had a rough day. I stop by the Burger King in Pullyallup, the one by Ross. I was greeted at the window with a guy with a huge booger in his nose. I stared at it as I grabbed for my drinks. I pulled off and glanced at my kids mozzarella sticks which had dried cheese that had oozed out & dried and had sat a while along with carpet hair that was stuck to the cheese. I’m not giving my kids this. My burger looked ok but slightly thrown together. I was disgusted so I stopped by this location In River road. I told the manager Wendy my situation and told her I was able to pay for another one but would really love to just give the food back to them and they replace it for me. I didn’t have the time to drive all the way back to the one in Pullyallup. She was super nice about it. She made my day. She had no idea what I had been through that day and night. Someone broke in my car, kid was sick, I was having a time. Just her showing kindness made me feel a lot easier. It was another gal at the window who was extremely nice as well, Leah. I specifically ordered my food with no mustard As I am highly allergic not only did my food have mustard on it they could have killed me but I asked him for fresh onion rings extra crispy and they took some of the onion rings are already cooked in the window and through It back in the oil for the second time so it was dripping wet with oil and not even crunchy they did nothing that I ask and that's why my family and friends never go to Burger King anymore Burger King and my opinion is the worst fast food restaurants out there.! They suck!!!! The prices were outrageous who's going to pay almost five dollars just for a whopper, there are other places out there that you can get a bigger and way better burger for a lot cheaper they went from a 98 cent whopper to almost $5 whopper and that's just for the sandwich and it's made with no care no pride no love just slam together the way they want to make it , burger King is the bottom of the food chain not even worthy to be mentioned I'm surprised they haven't dried up and blew away in the wind your fries suck as always the people are mean and don't know what they're doing and I would never take my family there again that's the store...

Took 15min. to get to whoppers a fry and drink. Walked in and the place was empty. Gentleman in front of me ordered $75 worth of food. After placing my order I asked if I was going to have to wait for all his food to be made and was told no. In the mean time a door dasher came in and gave the order name. I sat and watched them make her order and serve her while I was standing there. After 15min. Both I and the gentleman who order before me were still waiting. I finally told the manager that i had been waiting 15min. for 2 burgers. He turned around and grabbed my burgers out of the slide and gave them to me. Who knows how long they had been sitting there. Needless to say I don't go here often and this confirmed why I won't be back again for a long time. 😒 (Update 3-18-25) Decided to give the burger King a try again. And I must say, they have really done a good job on ,what seems like, restaffing the whole place. The staff in drive thru are much more pleasant and nice to talk to. My order was all correct the first time. My only complaint is the cost of the food. Fast food used to be fairly priced. I know prices have increased...
