Decent pho. I’ve never been to a pho place with so little options. They have a basic pho with choice of one meat (beef, meatball or tendon) and the a combo with all three , a seafood one (which I’ll be honest I don’t recall seeing before) a fries tofu and veggie and a spicy pho with one meat. I got the combo and my wife got the fried tofu. The broth was super rich and clearly made there but it wasn’t super deep, like very beefy but not as fragrant with spices as I was expecting. The meat was fine, I’m not a huge meatball fan in general so it was okay and I think I got one bit of tendon in the bowl. But I miss the more traditional ingredients like raw beef and tripe. My wife likes the fried tofu version but it was odd because it came out SO much hotter then mine she had to add ice to get it cool. I mean like she was picking at it for 5 minutes while I ate mine before she said it was so hot and I joke and then tasted it and was shocked how hot it was.
Might have been the fact that all the plates and utensils were metal. The bowls were double walled so they werent crazy hot but my kiddo has chicken fried rice which was served on what I think most places would just have as a metal serving try. That sucker was hot! Rice itself was good though and had a nice char flavor.
Servers were really nice but service itself was really slow. Took forever to get our order taken and food out. Place had a lot of customers for 1 pm on a Saturday. But like we ordered green tea and it came out right before the meal and we didn’t even really have time to enjoy it.
Nothing was bad but nothing was...
Read moreWent for a date with my partner, and 20 minutes after our food was served, the waitress approached us and asked if we wanted to-go boxes. At this point our food was still hot, we were about less than half-way done, and we were enjoying our time eating and chatting. We said we might need some containers later and then didn't think much of it. A few minutes later she returns with the check and some to-go boxes, and asks if we want her to box it for us. I said we could do it. We thought this was kinda strange, but I chalked it up to being a way of serving -- and maybe she wanted to get it out of the way so she wouldn't have to keep checking in. But then maybe 10 minutes later, she returns and asks if she wants us to box up our food again. I said no, that we were still eating, and by now was feeling sort of like she was pushing us out. We had only been there about 30 minutes at this point. She left, and 10 minutes later returned to ask again.
At this point my partner was feeling weird and told me he wanted to leave. We had only been there 40 minutes in total, but spent half of our time worrying about whether we were being asked to leave or not. I didn't think it was ridiculous to be staying there as long as we did, as they weren't busy at all and other people had been there longer than us. The food was pretty good (boba is great), and the other staff member I spoke to was friendly. Not sure why we were being pushed out though.
I'm not usually one to write reviews, but we never go out these days, and it definitely put a stain...

Huge portions, great service and they truly care about the customers! -------‐--------------------------------------------------------------------------- I tried to give this place a try even after reading all of the bad reviews. I walked in, the restaurant was pretty much empty besides 3 people and it had a weird fishy smell 🤢 From the time I walked in to the time I left I was ignored not even greeted with a HI! Then I seen a Asian girl walk in and a Asian lady worker comes out of nowhere. Shes giving this Asian girl the best service extra nice and talkative with her! I went up to the cashier after she was done and I kindly asked for a menu as the QR code wasn't working. The Asian lady that I assumed worked there looked me up and down as if I were scum and didnt say a word to me! I felt so uncomfortable. At that moment I knew I wasn't going to give this place my money. I am a person of color and to be treated like that? No wonder the restaurant is empty, they don't know the definition of customer service. Even if you don't like the color of someone's skin, if they are supporting your business do not treat them that way! I was never asked what I wanted, if I wanted to eat there or to go, offered a menu, NOTHING. and a male had even been standing at the register looking at me but didn't greet me. 0 stars if I could and it stinks!...
