Funny thing is if you want to have a bad experience or just a really terrible time or even just throw your money away try this Domino's... So I ended up getting sent to the wrong Domino's through their online app to only be told it's the one across town... Theirs nothing they can do for me since I ordered through the online and not through their store. a little disappointed and upset with what I just heard I made my way back across town... Hoping when I got there that they might see how Domino's was in the wrong on this one and might fix their mess up! NOPE!! Explained everything that's happened up to this point and was met with its not their fault since I ordered online and not directly through the store... Ugh!!! So as I make my way to the truck I realize I don't have time to stop and get something to drink for the fam at this point so I had to go back in and buy their $5 2L of sprite! Wasn't offered no discount on the $5 Sprite or some sort of hey sorry we wasted all your time and gas so this is where it gets really good.... So since I only live like 5 minutes from that store I get home and wouldn't you know the pizza is cold, and the stuffed pep bread is extra greasy and cold like the marinara I bought for it literally from the store to my house was like 8 minutes including buying the pop maybe 9 being generous... Literally nobody touched the stuffed cheese bread... Out of four people me and my neighbor tried to choke down a cold piece of pizza. So at this point I was pretty upset with my experience thus far. It keeps getting better though!!! So I waited till my friends went home and it was just me so I could return the garbage that I bought and get a refund for being treated as such... But wouldn't you know the pos manager Brandden in a nutshell told me that he can't give me a refund because it would affect his bonus at the end of the year and I would have to call the 1 800 number to get a refund or some sort of resolution for. Without going through the almost 10 minute conversation with him explaining all these things that have occurred because of Domino's, he he genuinely looked me dead in the eyes and didn't show any sympathy or any sort of resolution or any sort of respect that could have been givin in this moment!!!! NOTHING. Only call the 1800 number and it definitely wasn't going to come out of bonus apparently? I literally left the food on the counter and and made it home in like three maybe four minutes
In the two photos you can clearly see at the top of the screen in both pictures where it says the address is on 130th Street clearly but down at the bottom in small fine print... The two addresses conflict... So that's my story and thank you for reading! FML, and thank you Domino's for knowing how to...

BUYER BEWARE, CHECK ORDER ACCURACY OF THIS FACILITY
Tried again with them the other day. My pizza was actually correct this time. The problem we had though was we ordered a 32 piece bread bites, what we ended up getting was a 16 piece bread bites where some of the bites were very obviously cut in half to make 24, which is still wrong. They remade me a proper 32 piece once I showed the extremely nice manager, and this time there was no argument, so kudos to her. Unfortunately, due to the level of dishonesty from whoever was managing the cut table I have to leave my 1 star review. It is completely unacceptable to fudge the incorrect size bread bite order by cutting them in half after they’ve been cooked. It was obvious the oven tender at the time knew the wrong number of bites came through the oven and the store attempted to pass it on to me with hopes I wouldn’t notice while still charging me full price for 32 pieces. I have pictures to show the obviously cut bites after coming out of the oven.

They always forget to put Buffalo sauce on my pizza. Every single time. This past order not only did they forget the Buffalo sauce on my pizza, they forgot my marinara sauce we paid for, and the sandwich for my wife was supposed to have extra steak and it literally had less than a layer of steak, it didn’t even full cover the bread. I had to argue with the guy to have him remake the sandwich so it was what we actually paid for. We order this often so we know what this sandwich is supposed to look like, this did not have the correct portions.

Read morePosted yesterday how dishonest this store is and how little the manager cared about looking into our situation! My son accidentally paid twice. Once with debit card which I typed on my profile since our order was too big to get delivery with cash and the other with 60.00 in cash. He wasn't paying attention due to how hungry he was and he was still holding his 3 $20 bills in his hand when Donald arrived. The driver, Donald, should of said... You already paid and handed him the cash back but he didn't. Our order was for 54.11. He handed him the 60.00 in cash. The driver told the manager he got a 5 dollar tip. My son didn't have a 5 dollar bill in his wallet so the only way the driver could of got a 5 dollar tip is if he turned in the money and the store gave him the difference. If that happened their drawer would of been over cause we also paid with a debit card!!! The manager didn't even check her books and believed what the driver said. If he kept the money of course he would lie so he wouldn't get fired!!!! My son worked hard all day helping his boss and now his money is gone!!!
