I know my boyfriend's aunt loves this place so I wanted to check out this spot as she has great taste in food. We stopped by on Sunday as their happy hour looks great and this is one of very few places that serve a Jucy Lucy. I got the beef onion bisque while my boyfriend got the Jucy Lucy. The soup was super salty, I could barely eat it as it just felt like I was slurping salt. There was also barely any meat in there and just lots of onion. The bruschetta that came with it was nice. The Jucy Lucy was the star though and it was delicious. The fries that came with it as well as their fry sauce was absolutely amazing.

The service was okay. It seemed not too busy and it seemed like there was a table ahead of us in terms of receiving their food but it took some time. I did ask the waitress for some lemons for my water but she forgot and they checked on us twice. She did drop off a huge bottle of water when she noticed my boyfriend's glass was half empty.

The decor here felt like a modern-rustic feel and they had some great music playing. The lighting is an intimate dim where you can see everyone and where you are going. The bathrooms here was clean and organized.

I wouldn't mind coming back to try other items and drinks but was disappointed...

If it wasn't for the staff this would have been a great review. Our food came out at a good time and was delicious all around. Love the big full salads. However shorty into our meal two wheelchair users tried entering the establishment. They couldn't open the door and we helped them out. It then took them sitting in the middle of the restaurant for at least three minutes for us to notice we where in the ONLY accessible seats and we moved to a different table, it took us literally moving chairs so they could reach the table for the server to come over and acknowledge them. This whole time they where visible to multiple different staff and no one was helpful. We then asked for a water refill for my sister who is clearly pregnant and waited 20 minutes until we went to the bar to ask again to which she handed the water over the water without any apologies or offer to bring it to the table. Then still didn't visit our table with all our plates empty for anouther 20 minutes. The place was not busy, roughly 3...

Each and every time I order to-go, my order is incorrect. And it's always something that makes my food inedible. I go through this every few months, thinking "well, I'll give them another chance", only to be highly disappointed once again. I can't speak to the accuracy of orders when dining in, but if you're ordering on one of the delivery apps or placing a to-go order, either check your food before leaving the restaurant, or if an order was placed on an app, expect your meal to be incorrect in some way. They can't even seem to follow their own recipes when there are no special instructions. And the very worst is that they're unapologetic and absolutely remorseless when confronted with their many mistakes. The food is okay for casual dining, but not so spectacular that I can't find another restaurant. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I felt this was well deserved after the numerous inaccuracies and utter indifference to their staff's shortcomings and mistakes. Order out at...

My wife and I had a delightful lunch at Forum. We arrived just as they opened, we were the only customers at that time. Service was fantastic as one could expect. I had the Ponderosa chicken sandwich which was really tasty. I chose the side salad instead of a fry option. The salad arrived on a dinner plate, it was huge! The salad mix was fresh, with tomato, olives, cucumber, cheese and one of the best ranch dressing I have had. My wife had a taco salad which arrived on a platter and again a monster. The salad was fresh romaine lettuce, ground beef, salsa, black beans cheese and chips. She ate about a third and took home the rest. We absolutely enjoyed the food, service and the Forum.
