We usually only come on Sunday and had always had a great visit. This is the first time we have come on a Saturday and had a terrible experience. First of all when we arrived we had to wait a while to place our order. The girl that was placing the order had misplaced her credit card instead of viiding the order they made me wait for the girl to try to search for the card in her car. After waiting I asked her if she could void the order and take my order and she said yes. I'm not sure why she would make me wait instead of doing that in the first place. There are 4 people and it seems that all four need to be involved without any of them really knowing what they are doing. I made a second order for ice cream and I waited a while for 2 ice creams finally they called my number and it only was one of my ice cream and it was melted and a corner of the cup was broken as if it had fallen. They had given my order to someone else that was sitting there and I had to ask them to remake the ice cream they gave me. Very poor customer service experience this time. Read moreI really am so disappointed from this Queen Creek location. I have been going here for a while and bringing the family however this last visit will be officially my last time here. I ordered a Fruta Picada and asked for 4 items and unfortunately I only received 3. I did not realize this until I got in the car and it was just too late to turn around. I decided to call them so they can be aware and perhaps try to make up for their error. The person who answered was rude and basically stated there was nothing they can do. I didn’t even get an apology or asked to come back so they can make my order complete. I got nothing. I opened the lid and had the parmesan soaked dry into the corn and was completely flat as if it had been in their heater for several hours. It tasted sour and overcooked from being in the standby heater. The corn was not fresh. I only ate a quarter of it. Gave me a sour stomach. I called and spoke to Cassandra. She responded clueless without any cordial customer service. I didn't want anything for free but she was completely dismissive of my problem. What customers should realize if you order online, bewary that they might give you leftover food from someone else that didn't pick it up. Review will be going on Yelp as well.
