UPDATE EDIT: The Owner of the location not only reached out same day with a full personal email apologizing, explaining the situation and showing what a true leadership position should look like but most kindly she also made my order free without even having to ask, refunding my 30 dollar total even though i placed an online order through the app. All without me having to go in or take a call which is more than what i could’ve expected with today’s typical customer service. Thank you very much for making everything correct!

I got 2 smoothies for myself and my husband the other day. I’m very allergic to cashews and noticed most smoothies were made with cashew milk and asked that mine not be made with it (it wasn’t listed as an ingredient in the one I ordered, but I’m extra careful) but after realizing almost everything here had cashew milk, I was uncomfortable drinking it in case of cross contamination. You all are AMAZING!! Recovering from the horrible CV-19 and am extremely sensitive to all the foods I loved and enjoyed before.
