Arby's — Restaurant in Quincy

I went to Arby's and made another dinner arrangement the other night because I enjoyed my last visit. Also, not to mention that it was very hot after working in my garden and cleaning up outside. Plus LOL I wasn't going to heat up the house!! Therefore I decided to go visit Arby's because just as last time the whole Arby's experience was exceedingly superb as the last visit was!! The lady at the window this time was named Bree and she was VERY 5 STAR FRIENDLY to make sure I had extra sauce along with napkins and even a cup holder to hold my drink so that my cold, crisp Coca-Cola would not spill all over in my van. At the end of the transaction Bre handed me my receipt and explained on the receipt where I can give good reviews; which I did for Bre and for the establishment. She was very thoughtful and explaining all of that to me and I made sure to fill out my receipt she handed me online so that not only her but Arby's would get the recognition that they both deserve. But I wanted to make sure that the people that look on here to find reviews and such found out that everything was perfect especially the mozzarella sticks that I tried and I've had them before it other places but I must admit these mozzarella sticks that I tried at Arby's for very crispy on the outside and ooey gooey cheesy on the inside! FIVE-STAR REVIEW for Bre and for Arby's along with their fabulous Roast Beef and Mozzarella...

We ordered big roast beef they were good. young women acted like she was doing us a favor taking our order. We also got two large sodas to eat in. The pepsi soda dispensers ( both of them) were so watered down that we dumped out and refilled with lemonade it also was very watered down tasted like pure water. There was an employee cleaning the area and I told her that all the drink dispenser were dispensing almost pure water as we dumped out the lemonade. SHE LOOKED AT ME AS IF TO SAYS SO WHAT... and offered no help. We tried but all were very watered down. This is not a place to cut cost, if I wanted WATER I WOULD OF NOT PAID FOR A SODA !!!I EMPLOYEE SHOULD OF CHECKED SODA DISPENSER OR OFFERED TO RETURN OUR SODA MONEY. WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN....NEVER....and I love Arbys sandwiches. Their loss. I'LL GO TO Jimmy Johns across the street where they care about...

Before all of the economic changes i was happy with Arby's as a fast food chain. Tonight we got medium shakes and a medium size is much smaller. New, smaller cups with lids that didn't even fit. Spent 20 dollars on one classic beef n cheese, a Reuben sandwich, and two "medium" shakes in much smaller cups. What a joke on us. Not worth it. We asked the man at the drove thru if we got the right shakes and you could see it angered him. He blamed it on corporate. I think we should have been been told in advance the shakes were smaller. Joke is on the consumer. Done with Arby's shakes. Done...
