Bailey's Coffeehouse and Fudge Shop — Restaurant in Quincy

Somewhat shocked to see all the good reviews of this place. My wife and I never went back here after an incident about a year ago…basically we ordered two coffees and two bagels in the drive thru. We pay; when the food was given to us, we received one coffee and one bagel. We politely ask about the other coffee and bagel and are told to pull forward and wait. After a lengthy delay, someone walks to our car with another coffee only. What about the bagel? This employee rolled their eyes and responded that we didn’t actually order two coffees and two bagels - apparently they thought we had only ordered one of each - but that they decided to “just give them to us”. Bailey's has quickly become my go-to for coffee when I'm in a rush and can't make mine at home. My wife has been a fan for years and has since turned me onto the business. Sure, it would be easy to visit the "big box" coffee shop for most, but the employees, ease of ordering, service, and order accuracy from Bailey's always hits the mark and then some. Today I ordered off the app while sitting at a table waiting for a dear friend. She ordered at the window. The food was brought out very quickly and was delicious as always. My salad was large, fresh and wonderful and latte just as ordered. I was able to get a free cookie with my points and when they brought it out he brought a free one for my friend too.
