Worst burger king in the area. The staff was condescending and extremely rude. They refused to give me my reciept and they yelled at me for not knowing what to do with my coupon. When I first arrived the Asian lady with the Jamaican accent was extremely rude to me. She was busy with her customer and instead of telling me to please wait she held up her pointer finger at me to express to me to wait. That was already rude and condescending to begin with. I came up to the window presenting my coupon which is stated on the app to "show at cashier". Then the Asian lady complained to me saying that you have to present the coupon when you're ordering at the drive thru. I told her that how am I supposed to know when the app clearly does NOT state that. She refused to do my order because she said there was absolutely no way for her to enter the coupon now. She told me to use the coupon next time because there's "nothing" she can do. So I asked her do i need to go back around or go somewhere else? She says " GO ON THEN!" The atrocity in her attitude is impeccably baffling. I wanted to go to another location but I was afraid I couldn't make it in time for the longevity of my coupon (since there's a time limit). I decided to park and read the "fine print" under the coupon. What do you know? It doesn't state that I needed to present my coupon at the drive thru window. I decided to go back inside and talk to them. I told the lady that I didn't know and she has no right to be rude and tell me that I can't order my food. She then goes on and says "YOURE THE ONLY CUSTOMER THAT DOESN'T KNOW, EVERYONE ELSE KNOWS." Excuse me for not knowing but is that how you treat your customer? And then she goes on and tells her entire staff "oh this is the guy with the code, and he came back" etc etc. I didnt deserve to be disrespected when I didn't know and Guess what? They ended up doing it for me anyways. All they had to do was void the order and do it again. It's not like I intentionally go into the store to cause you trouble because you're so sensitive about codes being presented at specific times. I merely wanted to get my food, use my coupon and leave happily. As I was getting my food, the Asian lady continuously harassed me in a condescending manner saying "oh remember to use the code before you get to the register okay?". She repeated this over 3 times like I'm some foreigner that doesn't understand English nor have the mental capacity to understand her the first time.
I never thought I'd be "that" customer but it's rare and almost non existent for me to get into an altercation with anyone. This was the rare occurence because the lady was rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. If she had voided the order, did it again and explained to me nicely and professionally how coupons worked then everything would've been over in 2 minutes. But no I had to drive around, park, have a loud argument with the lady in front of other customers just because I innocuously didn't know.
Lady, if you're reading this. I'm sorry that you were having a bad day and or if youre not happy in your current situation in life. But you are at work in a professional setting. Please treat your customers with respect, care and professionalism. I wish you the best, God bless you. May your life be engulfed with more love and positivity.

The Adams Street BK is known for their crazy good fries (I have no clue why they are so good, but they are) Lastly but most importantly, Nathan is the absolute GOAT.
