Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Quincy

Let me start this by saying, we live in a relatively small town. It takes less than 10 minutes to drive anywhere within the city limits. We placed our order at about 11:30 pm on a Wednesday night. The delivery was extremely slow...it was about an hour wait. When we got our food, part of our order was missing and they didn’t send any sauce for the bread twists or icing for the cinnamon twists. We called and were told they would have the driver come right out. Thirty minutes later, we still had not received the rest of our order. We were waiting for all the food so we could all eat together, so needless to say, the rest of the food was cold. I called again and was told, “We are so busy that you’ll be lucky if you get it at all”. I expressed to him that we had already paid for it, it was their mistake, so it should be a priority. He said he checked and it was out with the driver on it’s way. Forty minutes later, it arrived!!! I called the manager the next day, she said she was on duty and as soon as she got the call she put it up to be prepared but there were several ahead of us. I explained that I did not feel that our food should have been placed at the end of the line. It was their mistake, our missing food should have gone to the front of the line. She said, “Sorry but we were busy”. I expressed that it is not the customer’s issue if they are busy, that it is her job as a manager to prioritize and set an example of how to give good customer service. Again she said, “Sorry, we were busy”. I explained to her that I would accept a sincere apology but that an “i’m Sorry” statement followed by an excuse is not an apology. She never did apologize. I am extremely dissatisfied!!! I will never recommend this restaurant...

I ordered pizza online for delivery at 12 pm (my order was verified prior to 10 am). Dominos tracker said it was being quality checked at 11:37 am. I called the store at 12:20 pm to inquire and was told my pizza would not be delivered until after 1 pm. I have students that no longer had lunch available due to dominos inability to provide an ordered product at the necessary time. Domino's did not reach out to me to let me know about the problem. When I called back to voice my complaint the manager on duty Cameron said she would inform the general manager and hung up on me because she said she had already talked to me. As an adult I can handle a day with no lunch but I had students that were not able to eat lunch because of dominos mistake. This is completely unacceptable. I will be following up with their...

I Order Dominoes 3 times maybe 4 times a week. Today I had it Delivered instead of getting it. I prefer to get it myself to make sure the order is not wrong or missing sauces. I put on ticket with instructions for Delivery and I also called the store Because they always forget the sauce. The Girl was Rude saying I never order/paid for Sauces so I ordered all Bread and we get no Sauces?? Then I say I would like to have my order remade and brought the correct order. The manager Refused to remake my food. Saying they can bring sauces and a lava cake. So I Was Clearly upset why should I have to Microwave my cold food while you go get my Sauces and what give me a free Lava Cake NO!
