Literally the worst McDonald’s ever. After Homecoming (9/29/18) me and my best friend went to McDonald’s around 8:00. We walked there and arrived at 8:20. Ordered our food and had to wait 25 more minutes. 20 piece chicken nuggets, they were very old and did NOT taste like real chicken at ALL!!! 2 cheese burgers, the buns were very soggy and the patty looked gross. A large fry, and the fries were definitely sitting out for a very long time. The employees were rude and were not doing their job properly. Forgot to give us our sauce and they were rude when we asked for it. The lady who gave us our order pawned our complaints onto another worker who had no idea what was going on. We did not get our cup when we paid, instead we had to wait THIRSTY AND TIRED waiting for something to drink and eat. Our order was neglected for others and a worker complained about wanting to give her job to someone else. Tried calling for a complaint and the “voicemail” line was in Spanish. Read moreOrdered an iced mocha coffee, they lady in the drive thru wasn’t completely sure on how to put the order in. I get to the window and I could see the order was wrong so I tell the lady it was suppose to be iced mocha not plain iced coffee. She drizzled chocolate syrup over the top and tries to hand it back. I tell her again it’s still wrong and explain to her how it’s usually made. The lady literally put the same plain iced coffee in a frappe cup with whip cream and chocolate drizzle on it and hands it to me. I think I’m more upset that she insulted my intelligence by simply switching cups instead of actually fixing my order. I had to get to work so I took the drink and left. I called the store and asked if they sell iced mocha coffee and she answered yes and even explained how it’s made! Salute to her! Read moreEver since covid, this and many other restaurants in town have trashed their service reputation. This is no different with McDonalds. I understand the short staffed situations and shortages on just about everything besides the kitchen sink(and there may be a shortage on that) but when I got to McDonalds today at 8:17PM. There was 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through, the cars ordered in about 5-10 min. I was up to order around 8:30 PM. The automated message plays to be interrupted by a gentleman saying “One moment please” I acknowledge him and wait for about 5-6 minutes before saying “Hello” to no response. This continues up until 8:50 when the parking lot lights and ordering terminal shut off. I once again tried to get a response but had no luck. Several other cars behind be started driving off, so I did the same. I am upset that there was no explanation given, and that I was waiting to order longer than 15 before the store “closed” I hope the owners or the Restaurant themselves start noticing this and...
