Taco Bell — Restaurant in Quincy

We generally go to this Taco bell for its service and food..Today we went in and walked up to the counter....we were looking at the menu board deciding what we wanted foe lunch and was told You need to go over to the kiosk and order from a voice outta the kitchen..I said we want to order right here I was told well you can't no one can help you here..and if you dont like it you can leave and go through the drive thru... and of you dont like that you can speak to my boss..Both her and the other young lady standing next to here thought it was absolutely funny to be speaking to someone that way..With their big ole smiles on their faces.. cause it was sooo funny to treat a custome that way and to think they are getting away with it..I asked for her name.and she informed me that her name was Star..I feel because we were 2 white men they felt that they had the right to speak down to us..The attitude of those individual was very bad ..and she frankly didn't care whether we had any kind of service or not...Not everyone.wants to use a kiosk..and some.people still expect quality service... we walked out and Had a nice lunch at Zoup where the staff was very nice and the food...

If I could rate this zero stars I would. This restaurant has terrible costumer service. If you’re looking waste your money on poorly made food this is the place to go. They will get your order wrong 98% of the time, and have an attitude if you come back and ask for the correct order. I went to taco bell tonight and ordered 3 cheesy potato grillers. I thought about checking my food but thought to myself “how could they mess this simple order up?” Well, they did. If I could post pictures of them I would. All three tacos had (and I counted) 5 small pieces of potatoes, and a small dollop of cheese, all only covering 25% of the tacos. The other 75% was just plain tortilla. It’s one thing for this to happen once or twice. It’s another to have problems like this occur every single time I come. It’s always one thing or another. The management is a joke for allowing their employees to send food out like that. It’s embarrassing and they should really consider training their employees on the proper way to make the food with the correct portions. Their costumer service is an...

Better quality on 9th and Broadway...that was my review 5 yrs ago but they had just opened then, now fell into the quincy comfort level of quality 5.99 for the new grilled cheese nacho fries is fine but save your money. Well don't go at night cause they just trying to get out of there the guy taking my order on drive thru kept cutting me off to complete my order for me I kept apologizing for his interruptions get to the window to be given my drinks and told have a nice day , didn't mind waiting it was the stares of why is she still here that was awkward lol then the 10 fries drowned in Baja sauce flattened at the bottom of the bag was the icing on top. It's fast food I don't expect a grand show but do expect slightly decent service to make up for underwhelming food or vice-versa.
