I have never been treated so horrible before…As a business owner I would be embarrassed to have Employees like this…I was in drive thru it took 48 mins to get to the window with only 2 cars in front of me…So when I pulled up I said you know this took me almost 50 mins they said we are busy…I said ok well I feel you should get some kind of refund the girl said ok went and got a manager he just gave me my money back.I sat there he said do you need something I said my food he said no that’s not how this works…I said well I feel you should give me a partial refund he said I gave you a full one now get the hell off my property…I said excuse me I need corperate phone number he replied google it.i said no I’m going to sit here until you give it he refused and called the police on me as I sat there a girl wants to pop her head out and cuss at me as I have 7 kids in my car…I was not yelling or being rude to any of these workers… I’ve heard so many bad things about the 6th street Burger King first hand witness it…I however cannot say enough nice things about the lady who took our money she was the sweetest,talked to us as we sat there for 20mins before moving forward and even apologized for it taking so long very very sweet lady…The manager and the pregnant girl Shame on you and your behavior especially in front...
Read moreI have been to this location and on previous visits they have been very friendly and upbeat with a great attitude. So much that when I received a wrong order I just let it go, I mean everyone makes mistakes. But this morning was absolutely RIDICULOUS !!
Walked in to get a couple breakfast sandwiches to go. As I walk in 2 employees walked out, 1 employee in the dining room eating and another going on break with his meal. This left 3 people behind the counter. It took over 10 minutes to get my sandwiches, which were on special and not ordered with special requests. 3 people ordered and were served in the drive thru while I waited and even after my sandwiches were made they sat on the back counter for what seemed like 4 or 5 minutes. Manager didnt apologize for my wait, no offer of a free hashbrowns or coffee. Just yelled out my order number, in front of me mind you, and dropped my bag on the counter. Piss poor customer service. Read moreWent there this morning and was greeted by silence at the drive thru kiosk. Then after promptly saying "I'm ready" the lady said one second. So when she actually took my order I was like okay maybe it won't be bad via the food. Well I get up to the pay window and I'm sitting there for 15 minutes without being told anything. Not a "hey it's gonna be a second" or " hold on while we finish your order". I could see the lady walking around absolutely doing nothing like she was the star on the movie clueless. The place reeked like marijuana bad. And I don't want people to be handling my food with that stuff on their hands. Regardless I ended up leaving after sitting there for 15-20 minutes. Worst burger king experience I've ever had. 🤢 Never paid for my food...
