Terre D'italia — Restaurant in Quincy

This was, without a doubt, the worst coffee I've ever had. I ordered a cappuccino and, instead of hearing the sound of fresh espresso being pulled or milk being steamed, I heard the microwave. What I got was a sad excuse for a cappuccino -- not even hot, not even filled to the top, and somehow it still cost $5.

How can you call yourself a coffee shop when you don't have a coffee machine, no espresso machine, and no way to properly froth milk? It feels dishonest and careless to serve something like this and charge that much for it. Coffee is supposed to be enjoyable, not a disappointment.
