So I get Domino's every single week now since I got pregnant for the second time I have been craving basically nothing but pepperoni 🍕😎 So I ordered and I have many times prior to without any problems. I do live in a community that is heavily looked down upon. I am not a bad person I am just poor. I had my order not arrive at all & say it was delivered the first time they messed it up. I had to call to have the man at the store call my delivery driver to bring my pizza to me because they said I didn't put my room number. I sure did. It is saved as my home address on my account with them. when the delivery was messed up my food was cold by the time I got it. I had made no mistake. Then a second time they said it was delivered while I tracked and i had to call to find out it was in the lobby. I'm paying a delivery fee I should not need to leave my home to get my food. I had it happen again a couple of days ago. They also messed the order up it was incorrect. At that point I became irate. I also always tip. I know I'm so very poor so I only have so much to give but I give all that I can each n every time. I live literally not even 4 minutes from this location. So I will tip about 3$ usually and it may not be correct percentage for a 20$ order however but it's all I have to give. I cannot drive due to epilepsy hence why delivery is so important to me. Read moreThis place is a joke! All the employees are extremely rude and lack professionalism! When you walk in there to pick up orders they never acknowledge you acting like no one is waiting there at the register and continue about their day having you wait for as long as they please. Don’t even get me started on delivery! It’s awful. This is not the first time that this has happened but it is the first time they made me wait almost 15 min and on top of that the guy who came cover only did so to skip me and take a phone call due to it ringing. It was a complaint phone call from another costumer! On top of that no apology given to me or anything. He was nothing but rude to the other costumer because even though he was going to remake their order he was making unpleasant faces with me right there! Very bad mannered, impolite and discourteous. I have also witness most of the employees there be GROSS! This place is literally waiting for a lawsuit to happen when they get someone sick! On more than one occasion we’ve seen the employees there handle money and do other things like fix their sweaty hats, greasy hair, their phones or half greasy ear bud slipping out their ears. That’s only a couple things I see them touch among anything else you can think of and we don’t see! Then they come back to prepare your food like nothing happened! Read moreI order from here frequently and I almost never have issues. The two times I have had issues with Dominos, I contacted their support. Each time, I got in contact with the regional manager who gave me $50 in-store credit, which was very nice of them as I did not expect anything.
I have dealt with almost every delivery driver they have, and they are overall very nice people and I’ve never had an issue with them. The food is always very very tasty, and perfectly cooked/warm when I receive it. The few issues I’ve had, were simple issues such as too greasy or slightly overcooked. My order ya never been wrong and the staff are always very nice to me when I have an issue or concern.
I have probably spent over $1,000 at this location alone in the past 3 years ordering and still enjoying their food. And yes, I am a pizza addict. The food here compares no where near to other pizza chains in this area.
