I went to starbucks today around 12:45. I placed a pick up order for two drinks and two food items. When I went into get my items, they were not ready. There was practically no line, and no one in the drive through. I had given them twenty minutes to make my order before I went in. When my order was finally done being made, I walked up to get my drinks and from the looks of it you could tell that the caramel macchiato was completely wrong. There was no caramel drizzle like I had asked and there was barely any cold foam. I gave them the benefit of doubt and went ahead and tried my drink before I made any complaints. My drink had absolutely no syrup in it. In my order, I specifically asked for extra vanilla syrup. My friends drink also had barely a syrup and I had also asked for extra syrup. When I went up there to ask about the syrup, as well as the caramel syrup, they completely ignored me. I had asked twice and the walked away both times. Then, finally someone has came over and asked what the problem was. I told them that there was basically no syrup in my drink and no caramel drizzle. The barista grabbed my cup and dumped quite literally two drops of caramel drizzle on it and handed it back to me. Pros: Closer than etown. Never busy. Drinks have always been correct. Good parking.
Cons: Attitude of some workers.
There is always some small thing about this store that makes me not give it 5 stars.
I did a mobile order on their app. Showed up 5 minutes later and they had a sign on the front door saying the cafe was closed. So I came though the drive thru window when there was no cars/line to pick up my mobile order and was told I need to next time use the speaker… what? How about next time don’t close the cafe or maybe next time turn off mobile ordering if I can’t pick it up myself.
Food has been limited. They say supply chain as an issue, but the Corydon and multiple etown stores do not have...
Read moreNew store with apparent kinks, that need to be ironed out. App is always down. App will say the store is out of stock on 75% of product but the associate will confirm they do have the stock. So far none of my drinks have tasted the same so recipes aren't being followed. Ordered again per the app and was able to get Grande Caramel Ribbon crunch & Tall Caramel Frapp, picked up through the Drive-thru and it took 20min in line (they were busy/I understand) but when arriving at the window it took another 10min and the poor associate was frazzled (I was kind 🙂) But unfortunately when I drove off my CRC had no crunch at all... I'll update my 🌟 to 4 when I see...
