I made an online order to the Raleigh - Mission Valley location on 7/31/21 for curbside. When I arrived at the restaurant at 10:56AM and checked in on the app that I was outside. At 11:26 AM my order still had not been brought out to my car. At 11:28AM I called into the location to inquire about my order. A very rude lady answered and stated "they thought it was a pickup" and it'd be right out. When the worker handed my husband the bag, every item was cold. When we requested a refund, she got rude again using a racial slur and walked off. I called back to speak with a manager and found out the rude worker is the manager, Victoria. This woman proceeded to blame me for her and her staffs incompetence. Please note, this is also the same woman who gives away receipts with promises of free bagels if you do the surveys so she can get better store reviews from corporate.
To conclude, I did not receive my order and filed a complaint with corporate. I will never patron another Brueggers Bagel again after this experience. Also did a dispute with my bank. When I mentioned had she not been outside inhaling cigarettes like they were going off the market, she could help assure her team had better production. To conclude, I did not receive my order and I want a full refund. I also want my account balance refunded as well. I will never patron this Brueggers Bagel again after this experience. We're in a damn pandemic and Victoria out here jeopardizing...

I don't even mind the fact that you're essentially on your own once you walk into the restaurant. No one greets you, nor offers to take your order. That's fine, I get that you're busy.... Today, 11.13.2015, I was baffled at a sly comment the employee Christopher made about my order of 3 bagles-1 for me, 2 for my boyfriend who wasn't there with me. He says under his breath, "you must be pretty hungry." Who says that to a compliant and paying customer?? All I said back was "they aren't all for me..." yet he still wouldn't acknowledge me although he had the audacity to make a point I was ordering 3 bagles... I won't even mention the other employee going out of her way to see what I had in my bag and asking if I paid for it. The only kindness I received was from the gentleman who was running the register. I get that people have their bad days, they have a life outside of work and it's not always easy. But bringing that's negativity into the workplace and portraying that onto a customer who came to buy your food, and who essentially pays your salary, shouldn't be treated like crap. At my first visit, I bought lunch for 3 The others and the bagels were soggy; we had to get food elsewhere. I did not call bruegger's at that point, because I figured it was just a one-off. I should note that I gave them a $30 tip. The employee did not thank me for that tip. They're young and I really didn't care I just wanted to show them my appreciation, but would have been nice if she had smiled and thanked me. Today I went back and got several bagels and while these were not soggy, they did not have any salt on them. The employee that handed me my order was was extraordinarily rude. Then I realized these bagels which were salt bagels, did not have salt. I called and that employee answered the phone and I asked for the manager. The employee stated I think it's her.
