This morning I was subjected to the most unprofessional experience I have had at this location- after sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes (not complaining as it gave me time to reload my balance and check for specials) I started my usual order by asking for 4 waters (as it is most considerate to the baristas to get started on before my actual order) before i could order the next part of my order 'Sharnae' proceeded to go on a long ramble telling me to next time come into the store if i was ordering water or mobile order to save the baristas time (mind you this ramlbe was an entire minute long so were you truly saving time) awkward and completely rude and off putting she then proceeded to realise i was peehaps actually ordering more than warer and asked if there was any thing else- i told her frankly how rude she was and reminded her you cannot infact order water via mobile order and that while i had a large order to give o was no longer interested and informed her this was appaling as a former starbucks employee that they are treating customers this way when regardless of my order i still sat in this line to patiently place my order- this location always has rude and condescending partners but tjis interaction was particularly brazen and outrageous - if drive times are already so terrible maybe learn to partner play and distribute team work better than put the onus back on the customer and at the very least know the company policies and procedures before making such a poor judgement and mouthing off for the sake of you "team" . This interaction is why i choose other nearby locationsbwhere you can expect the third place and welcoming atmosphere starbucks is known for avoid this location if yoy want a hospitable experience as they will be sure to let you know how much of a burden you are as a customer regardlessof...

I have nothing bad to say about this place, but I will say this. On February 7th 2025 when I walked into this place I wasnāt greeted by anyone, a few employees even looked at me and didnāt say a thing. Once I sat down and began doing some work I paid attention to others as they walked and I suddenly began to see a pattern. African Americans werenāt greeted, I waited some time before accepting this but after seeing the third black person walk in to silence after continuing to see white people walk in to several voices saying welcome in, I just felt a little disappointed about that. The one employee who did eventually say something once another black peeped walked in was the one black employee who worked here, 𫤠thanks for her I guess. Anyways again Iām not upset just voicing something I noticed during my time in the shop on this day. Fortunately things like this you get use to when you look like myself and those who didnāt get that warm welcome, so itās unfortunate, but at the see time itās nothing new. Now granted a few of the staff here I think have seen me enough to almost have my drink memorized once I walk to the counter and none of those employees were working at this time, but I think thatās irrelevant, you should greet everyone and greet everyone the same regardless if the customer looks familiar or not,...

I just want to update my wonderful experience coming to get my coffee a few days a week that I am in this area. I so look forward to seeing this morning team. Itās like walking in to a big warm hug and welcoming. It makes my day to see you all and the great customer service is the positive, kind, smiling faces behind the counter, and the extra bonus of a āgood morning Cindyā Just a treat that adds to anyoneās daily adventure. I come for some excellent coffee, but the blessing are all the fantastic team members!!! You exceed excellent customer service and I appreciate you.
