Crumbl — Restaurant in Raleigh

I went to the Briar Creek location in Raleigh NC. The kid who was working the register was very rude and almost caused me to call the cops. All I wanted was 4 cookies. It took him 4 times to get my order right. The manager wasn’t helpful either. Whenever the kid asked me the fourth time what I wanted I ask him if this was a joke. He then ripped his mask off, took his apron off, and clinched his fist like he was going to hit me. I asked him if he was going to hit me he walked to the back and punched a metal table. I was very very uncomfortable. The manager wasn’t helpful either. She tried to defend him, and didn’t have any care that I was just offended by this kid. Then the manager, who was some blonde women, went to the back and started telling all her employees in the back what happened. They all just stared at me while I tried to get my refund. When I asked for corporate number, she gave me some random number, which was Not corporate. This was my first time, and I will not return! I will make sure I reach everyone possible to try to resolve this issue...

After getting a late dinner, my friend and I wanted some dessert. Crumbled was on the way home. I placed an online order at 10:12pm for the 4-pack. We got 2 milk chocolate, 1 molten lava, and 1 chocolate covered strawberry. The 4 pack was $13.95.

We arrived about 2-3 minutes after placing the order and it wasn’t ready yet. It was clean inside and not busy at all. The wait for receiving the cookies was short.

We both only ate 1 cookie that night and one the next morning. They were soft and DELICIOUS. I will say that the cookies weren’t hot or warm. I highly enjoyed the icing on the chocolate covered strawberry cookie. Strawberry is my favorite flavor and it did not disappoint!

All in all, the cookies fulfilled our desires. The staff were friendly. No complaints, really, besides the appearance on the icing of my chocolate covered...

The girl who took my order was very friendly. My main issue is that there was an employee with his mask down and he was laughing and talking a lot to his co-workers while packing the cookie orders. His mask was under his chin; even if we weren't in a pandemic, that is just not sanitary to be talking and laughing over people's orders.

The watermelon cookies I got were delicious, however the first time I had tasted them a few days before, they tasted like a jolly rancher the watermelon flavor was so good; however, for my order, the flavor wasn't as potent as a few days before. Was still delicious though. There was icing on the outside of my box, the work area wasn't very tidy. Not sure if management was on site to supervise, because all the employees...
